Been using navily for years and use it daily when sailing. Best tool for booking ports and finding anchorages to stop at. New updates are great too. The chat feature is also super useful for asking other boaters questions
Terrible app to use for booking a marina berth. If you happen to require to cancel your reservation due to engine failure, bad weather, health reasons, the app pays the marina your full booking fee without the possibility to reason or negotiate. This happened to me in August 2024, I was booked for 4 nights at Lakkios Syracuse ! They took all the reservation charge from my card. Never again!
Crooks! charge without refund possibility. It is becoming more often to find stealers as this. The companies should restrict this act or the Goverments.
It is not a loyal practice of commerce. In Europe is law, refund during a period 14 days.

Hello Augusto, you did not buy from us, your purchased through Apple. So we can't refund something you did not purchase from us. I gave you the link to ask for a refund to Apple, it takes 2 seconds to fill it out. Try it and you'll get your money back. It's not in our interest to keep your money if you're unhappy.
