Navimow Segway Reviews 

I have to send it two times in two years, so I little bit worried regarding quality !!!
But it has been free of charge because of the guarantee.

The standard cable from the gps is slightly short.
Another meter would heave been better. Now i need to buy an extension of 10 meter, just to go that one meter further.

The product - a Segway Navimow 3000 - is excellent as is the customer service. A couple of tweaks to the software would be nice:
- when the mower has a set schedule time slot (say, 08:00 to 18:00) and it returns to base to recharge, it could be scheduled just to charge sufficiently to last the schedule time.
- adjusting the schedule to be set by sunrise / sunset so, say, start 2 hours after sunrise / finish at sunset with the machine changing automatically from location data.
- the ability to have the base station within /close to a restricted area. Our base is recessed next to a greenhouse which is within the lawn and currently needs an artificial 'boundary' joining to the main boundary to allow the base station to be set recessed in what is really a restricted zone.

Delighted with the mower but regret not waiting as they are now being offered at half price that I gave especially as I paid an additional £100 to but the location software.

Great way of reducing the work in the garden.
Over the past 2 years the software has improved the performance of the mower - it gets stuck in the flowerbeds much less often than when it was first installed.
Great not to have to bury wires round the lawn like some of the competitors.

The support is very accurate and you get answers normally in one day.
The mower works good, even in narrow paths.
i105 suits most small gardens.

My son gave me his old Navi after he upgraded and now I’m hooked!
It had some problems after the software update and I contacted Navi and they sent me a shipping label immediately. It was back home and mowing within 2 weeks.
Navi for life.

Great communication throughout the process. The turnaround time was excellent, just about 10 business days. Accommodated the adjustment of my return shipment due to my schedule.

So far, so good.

Had my Navimow just over 12 months now the lawns are looking really good.

The Navimow X430 is an excellent mower. No issues at all, even with heavy usage on my Bermuda grass. It has logged over 150 hours of mowing over the last 5 months. I am very pleased with this product.

All is okej. Please make possible that robot exit charger in reverse at least 2m without making turn. Br

You extended the 500m2 limit to 600m2, I liked that. I would love!
if I could have two separate maps att 600m2 each, so the litle bugg could work diffrent areas on different days. Still with its litle battery..

We have been very pleased with the robot mower and the only real problem was after the winter break from mowing an app update was done. This resulted in the mower not working. I contacted Navimow and they responded straight away and investigated the issue. I was then advised to take the mower back to the dealership as it couldn't be fixed remotely. This resulted in the problem being resolved and Navimow followed up by contacting me to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.

The service level is high quality, the software updates are always improving and making the operation more stable, they also help a lot in the official Facebook group and by email.

X430 is doing its job really well. Just received the free garage (one time offer) which seems very sturdy and was easy to install.
