Was long delivery and no update in package.. Costumer service didn't reply.. Sticker was ok but most likely will not oder again.

I have bought name tags from you.tags named Qusay sawalha.attached to a tag in your clothes.I have washed the clothes at 30degrees but unfortunately the Tags came off.even I have ironined them.

Very happy with them
Very happy with them, the designs are great, easy to make and they get home pretty quickly. I have ordered before from another company that is more expensive, but there is no difference in the quality between both, so from now on I will be buying just from this site!

I have very bad experience with your…
I have very bad experience with your services/web portal. First of all, when I ordered, it was not mentioned on the web portal that I will receive a transparent door-nameplate. When I contacted customer service, initially they told that I can't cancel my order. While I told them that I have right to return the product which is not as was promised, they told me that I should have received back plate. After that they didn't answer to my email and I am still waiting for a response.

We are sorry that the product was not as expected. Custom made orders (products made after your specifications) are excluded from the Right to Withdrawal. This is because they can not be sold to anyone else. This is normal practise and we also have information about this on our site. You can return a product with production errors or that have otherwise been damaged during transport.
The door signs are printed on transparent acrylic glass. The back plates, as you mention, are delivered for free with the product based on your selection of colour. We could see from your order that you opted for - ingen bakplate (no back plate). We would be happy to send you a back plate of your choice. And we will check our email for your correspondance.
