My husband loves his cane. It feels safer than others he has had. He shows it to everyone. He especially likes the light.

This cane is a life saver! Very easy to use.

Batteries do not last long

Great product.

The hand warmer and massager was too big for my hand and didn't help, in fact it hurt. I wanted to return it and the post office (USPS) would not ship it because of the kind of battery inside. It makes it hazardous to fly overseas. If they did allow it, the cost would be $144.00. I got a reply to my email about those facts that said they were sorry, but they couldn't help me. I just washed my money on their product. 0 stars

I am happy with my purchase, but I was disappointed that I only received one charging wire when I bought two massagers.

I bought 2 wrist massage/heat units from Naxir and found that even at lowest setting I had sharp nerve pain. I wanted to return them during their return window but they require me to pay for overseas shipping with tracking which is expensive. This is just a ""Snake Oil" company sucking customers in the US.

I loved the product. I think it really works and I hate that I cannot continue it. I am on a small income and have to give it up. The lady was so nice that I spoke with when I called to tell her that I had to cancel my order.

Unfortunately I still have not received my hand or foot devices (2 each) after several weeks, but we're hopeful they will eventually make it to Hawaii so we can try them out!

My complaint is with the return or replacement policy. After only 6 months, the velcro no longer sticks. Since it is after 60 days, they "no longer accommodate my request for repair or replacement".

It took nearly a month for me to receive my product because it was shipped from China (which was not noted in the “advertisement for the product”). I have been using it for 3 weeks and it has not helped me. I have bad arthritis in my thumb and it’s nearly impossible to find a position that helps. I believe it should be advertised as better used for the wrist. Also, the battery lasts for less than 30 minutes and it takes almost 20 minutes to heat adequately. I would not suggest this product, especially if you’re hoping to reduce pain and swelling in your thumb.

5 stars so far. Handrevive produces significant heat and vibration as claimed. We'll see if it helps. Took 2 weeks to ship.

Not worth the money for a product that only lasts a little over 2 months.

Used daily, relaxed my feet. Charge from LL to HH and will not turn on. Have tried on several occasions with no luck 😞

The first observation was how well it was constructed. My calves are large and it is a bit of a struggle to attach the velcro. Another inch would have been ideal. I love it and already see an improvement in the coloring of my lower legs.
I have already recommended the product to friends and will continue to do so.

I bought a pair of the Naxir foot massages and they didn’t work. Both of them weren’t able to be able to attach like they were supposed to. Had them from September and by the next month October they were no good at all. Don’t waste your money buying these.

This Naxir product is defective it worked for less than 60 days I asked for replacements or a refund and the answer was my warranty had expired they offered me a 20% discount thinking I'm ignorant and would order their products again, I highly don't recommend buying this Naxir product save your money ,poor poor customer service they're slow in getting back to you its useful to them not you the customer.

Although it took a while for my order to arrive once they arrived and I tried them for the first time I was in love with them. My hands wake me up several times a week hurting. The hand heating wraps work wonders for them and the massage function feels good too. These work better than the pain cream that my doctor recommended.

It surely did provide relief, but unfortunately my leg cuff massager failed after 2-3 months of use. Sadly the company DID NOT STAND BEHIND the product and said it was only warrantied for 60 days. I understand that one might want to return it within 60 days, but if the product FAILS they should stand behind the product. DO NOT BUY directly from company, they will not stand behind their failed product.

I can actually feel my feet and legs had my doubts, but decided to give it a try and it really really works
