Store closed
Just arrived To collect some horse feed , and a new show jacket however a wasted journey , I thought I must have been early checked the opening times and it says 9am which I thought it was any way but the store is closed … so have had to go some were else of my feed and to find a show jacket. . .

We are sorry that our Cannock store was not open as advertised upon the customers visit. There was an in store issue which was soon resolved allowing the store to open as normal.

Bad stock
The shop is normally good at keeping feed stocked up and other things. Feels like they don’t get deliveries anymore? Are they closing down?? It’s never been like that before. It’s a long drive from where I live and now I need to find somewhere more reliable so I don’t have a wasted journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to store. I am sorry that you have been to store and have been unhappy with stock levels within. I can confirm that the feed delivery for our Cannock store currently takes place on a Thursday to which the store is stocked with 7-8 pallets of feed, unfortunately once this has sold out it is out of stock until the following Thursday. To avoid any disappointment, you can call the store direct or customer services to check the stock of the wanted items before making the trip to the store. I do hope this information helps and we can be of assistance to you in future.

Fantastic
Another good experience at Naylors
Went in to get a riding hat for my daughter and the one she had set her heart on unfortunately did not fit her correctly
The assistant Bev was very patient with us as we must have tried on about 20 different hats to get the right fit!
They also offer a price match service which is excellent
Will definitely be returning
