Horse Simulator - Go Outdoors - Coventry

Oh it was great!

The member of staff who monitored me was truly delightful and so sweet, i didnt get her name but she needs a raise - I was the 13:00pm appointment on sunday 21st july 2024.

The simulator and simulation themselves were so clever and so much fun to ride! Very comfortable and the assessment gave a good indication of my balance in the saddle, leg and rein aids.

I'd definitely go to this Naylors store again and ride the simulator next time is local to me!

Great customer service

Took my daughter for a free session on the horse simulator on Sunday 14th July 2024 and the young girl that was there to help was amazing. What an asset to your company. Her name is Maisey and she had so much patience with my daughter who had a lot of anxiety. She supported her to overcome her anxieties and was also very knowledgeable. Thank you

Great time on the simulator for my…

Great time on the simulator for my 11year old. Louise the staff member was fantastic and so knowledgeable. My daughter was nervous but Louise was great and made my daughter relax and learn at the same time
