I found a huge wasp nest in my loft whilst trying to resolve a roof leak. Dorian Davies attended and dealt with the issue in a very reassuring, competent and calm manner. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home and explained everything to me. Very impressed and would not hesitate to make them my first port of call in the future.

Liam Davies came out to destroy wasp nests at my property today, He was polite, efficient, professional and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Kerry came today and was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain anything I didn't understand. we look forward to her coming back for the follow up visit.

Had an issue with wasps nesting in our loft. Commenced a claim through our insurance (Home Emergency Assist) which took almost 2 weeks before anything was done! As soon as NBC were notified they (believe it was Lauren) rang and when the urgency was explained a visit was arranged for the following-but-one, day and, not being available in the afternoon due to hospital appointment, it was stressed that only a morning visit would be acceptable. Just after 07.30 this morning Lee phoned to advise he would be arriving within half an hour. He located the nest and dealt with it promptly. He was polite, friendly and very efficient. A great response from NBC, would certainly recommend them.

Heard noises and signs of life in my loft. NBC Environment came out when they said they would. They spent enough time here to check my loft space from end to end. And they found the culprit. And they did a follow up visit 2weeks later. Very friendly and professional. Would use them again without question

Liam Davies visited my property today and I don’t have words to describe his professionalism and enthusiasm in going above and beyond to achieve results.

I have this nightmare issues with Rodents and Liam actually managed to find out the root cause of the issues and took responsibility and accountability in managing this problem effectively by liaising with relevant departments to find a long term solution and ensuring that systematic and strategic traps are laid where the issue is to ensure not only we rectify the issue but also prevent it from happening in future. This was not easy due to access but Liam effectively used all available resources he had to install relevant devices in order to find a effective solution.

I am extremely grateful to Liam for his commitment and putting him in my shoes to understand the frustration I have. Liam dealt with my queries and my concerns very professionally which is exceptional.

Liam Davies came to our property and checked thoroughly everywhere to make his best assessment to what it needs to be done next. Bait and traps were placed and now we are waiting for the second visit. He assured us that the matter will be resolved and they will do whatever is needed to achieve that.

Really great experience, Phil Holmes contacted me nice and early with an ETA to save me waiting in all day, he was friendly and informative and spotted the problem area right away.
He tackled the nest from the outside and as best he could inside (our loft is not boarded out therefore not safe to be dodging wasps up there), 3 days later we saw our last wasp and have not seen one since, so happy with the service provided, thank you very much!

Anthony from nbc has been carrying out the pest control at oppinhiemer stables in Newmarket for 5 years now he is very professional polite and deals with all our pest problems we would definitely recommend nbc and Anthony

We accessed NBC through our home insurance as we had seen a mouse. They responded on the day and a very professional operative called Mikael called a couple of days later. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and identified a gap in the wall we had not spotted. He also laid some boxes out and recommended mouse mesh for air vents. On his second visit he gave us more advice and actually fitted the air vents for us. At the end of his visit we had the privilege of meeting two of his birds of prey which was absolutely amazing!! All in all a very professional firm.
