Poor customer care following repeat order
I sent the email below (plus a photo that I can't upload here) to Quinnan 3 weeks ago raising a concern with the quality of the 2kg of loose white tea I had ordered, but still I have not received an acknowledgement or response. The order had significant amounts of thick bare stalks which is useless bulk and weight being paid for as tea. I am a repeat customer and tea quality supplied had relly dropped. I didn't ask for anything other than to accept that the tea they are supplying is not up to the usual standard. In business I find this type of feedback very helpful. But even more alarming would be to know a customer has been ignored in the same way.

Can I just update you with my 2kg order I received from NBT?
Here's a photo I took at home this morning showing the amount of stalk I'm finding in the last shipment, based on one handful of tea. Obviously this is causing a problem with using in our pots but it also means I'm spending time discarding product.
I just thought from a quality control issue that NBT should know
