A great experience right from walking in the door of the Cardiff branch, we were met by Mark. He was very knowledgeable, he gave us space to wander and try out the many display suites.
After thinking about it overnight we returned the following day to purchase the sofa.
Overall a really good experience and I’m sure I’ll be back later in the year to make more purchases.

Mark at the Cardiff store was fab, very helpful - mattress seems good so will wait and see if delivery and after sales is equally good. So far however brilliant in store service!

At first glance, got our dreamed Dining table. We didn't hesitate to order it as soon as possible. Staffs were friendly and answered poiletly as our curiosity regarding the product.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Josh in Cardiff today. He was incredibly helpful, offering advice on beds and mattresses without being pushy. Will be back over the weekend to purchase

Sul was really efficient and he accommodated us. He is was really knowledgeable and we bought a mattress within 30 minutes. Thank you Sul for making our experience an excellent one. We will back.

When I was interested in the bed frame , they said it’s 7/10 working days delivery ., last minute when I was going to pay he said it will be on next store delivery will take 2/3 weeks but it’s almost 4 weeks and I had been without a bed since .. I am very disappointed..
I hope the bedframe deliver professionally and with no issues otherwise I’ll be very angry and claim for full refund and compensation!. Not happy at all.

The worker named Sul was an amazing person and was very patient giving us recommendations on couches and in the end we decided on our new seatings and we are happy that Sul was our seller as he gave precise details on the seatings we looked at.

Sul was a huge help, so attentive, so friendly and so lovely to us. We came back on three occasions asking to be seen by him as he left that much of an impression on us. He is an asset to your work force and you are lucky to have him!
