Purchased a dining table and 4 chairs in February from the Batley store in Leeds, requested they hold the delivery until April which they did only to deliver me 8 chairs and no table.
Queried with the store and numerous emails back and forth to customer services, only to discover my original order had been cancelled due to faulty goods....they weren't faulty they sent the wrong items.
New order made and after yet another visit to the store i still dont have my order. Wouldn't say the staff were friendly or helpful as no one would accept responsibility or ownership of the error. Staff in store didnt even want to discuss my query with customer services.
Delivery should now be on Monday, two weeks after the original date. Would not recommend this company at all.

Visited the store at Birstall in Leeds and purchased 2 sofas was assisted by Naz who was helpful and friendly,hope the good service continues through the long delivery process will report back later

We ordered a sofa and chair at the end of Nov, due for delivery end of Feb. This was pushed back to end of March, and this deadline passed too. We have been chasing since and the deadline (if we get a response) just seems to be kicking the can down the road. No idea when we will receive the goods that were paid for in full - we have been without sofas for weeks now as our old ones were collected for disposal.

Second visit Gary looked after us, visited the first time there was no pressure returned with measurements and bought a sofa, excellent process. Been very well looked after from Gary and the team.

All of these reviews are below are fake. They request you to give positive review at the time of the sale. With the promises they make, there is no doubt you would get 5* reviews.

It's been 10 days since I have raised issue with the store manager in Leeds and the head office. Nothing has been resolved. The sales advisor Arif is still not accepting responsibility for his silly mistakes at the time of the sale.

I have been advised by trading standards to take legal action to cancel this order as it was not described at the time of the sale comparing to what you have received at the time of delivery.

Ncf is still trying to defend the colleague in the store and putting all of the blame on the customer. They do not care about your mental health at all. I wish I read the reviews about this company. I only went through this order because the salesman was really sweet and was bringing religion into it which was our biggest mistake believing whatever he said. I am going to see what is going to happen in the next few weeks after I report this company to my local examiner, MP and the one show.

I am still willing to accept delivery through the back window however I would be charged £160 which NFC needs to cover. The customer should not be responsible to pay for it due to company's mistake. Natalie in head office has refused to pass the call to the manager on multiple times.
