2 weeks ago I received my sofas after a long wait. Both sofas have arrived with fabric damaged. I contacted NCF the next morning and provided them with all the pictures as requested. I've heard nothing since. Now there is no response on email and they have turned their phone line off. After seeing all the negative reviews I'm not the only one having major issues with this company. This is highly concerning as a lot of people including myself have paid a premium price with promise of great service but at the moment we are receiving no contact which is not a good look for NCF as a company.
Can someone please get back in touch with me if it's not too difficult to do so?
