Purchased a NcStar assault backpack

Purchased a NcStar assault backpack. Camouflage in color with plenty of pockets and storage. Looked great and wore well. Unfortunately one of the zippers would not seal the zipper making the pack useless. There was a hassle free return. After 3 months another zipper failed. It’s a great looking pack but suffers from poor craftsmanship as far as zippers go. Now there is no warranty based on the original purchase date. I would strongly advise you to look at other products before selecting a NcStar backpack. I have another pack from a different manufacturer, no problems yet.

Great line of products, even GREATER Customer Service!!!

These guys know how to take care of their customers. I bought an item that was damaged from a third party retailer and when that company wouldn't help me out, NcSTAR took care of my issues the very same day. These guys stand behind their product and I am looking forward to continue doing business with them and purchasing their products.
