I demand my refund of order 540-1090. I canceled the order in August 2017 because you never delivered! You never answer neither!

Don’t trust this company. I have been trying to get repaired one of its phones since November 2017, and we are still waiting for an answer. Guarantee will expire on May 2018...

Feel completely duped. Bought two iPhone 6s last year. The first one ran out of battery and apparently the warranty does not cover batteries. The second after about 1 month started to cause problems. The phone would start typing and going into apps without anyone even using the keyboard. It got so bad that the phone became impossible to use. When I reported the problems - you can't phone, it's all by email, it took at least a week before they replied. Thereafter the response times were at best 1 week, at worst 2.5 weeks. I sent the phones off by registered post which cost me €16, only for the package to be 'refused' with no explanation for why it was refused. I've sent an another email this afternoon. I expect I won't hear back for at least a week. This company is a complete disaster. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Once I had to use their 12 +1 warranty. And surprisingly everything was great, they helped me and my good was repaired.

The ordering and delivery of the iPhone 5s was very good. However, I seem to be having some issues with the phone. Ie it seems to get very warm and the battery does not last very well.

I wish there was a zero starts button. I have been completely deceived by this company. Four months I have been waiting for my refund and still not received it.

They told me that their payment gateway had incurred some errors and that they couldn't move any money around and that they also weren't receiving any payments themselves, which I find pretty hard to believe.

When I finally received an email a couple of weeks back, they told me to have more patience. MORE PATIENCE?!? I have already been waiting 4 months.

I have never experienced such terrible service. I cannot seem to get through to any agents via phone or get any response to my emails.

PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

I waited a whole month or even longer for my item and when it arrived it was faulty the front camera didn't work at all i waited an extra 3 months from December 2017 till now march 13th 2018 and still haven't gotten a response so i had to use an extra amount of money to fix it my self because i emailed and called multiple times and still no response they trick you into buying there products i'm still waiting for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM NDBD IRELAND ITS A BAD COMPANY!!!!

This company charge my credit card on the first day and then never shipped the goods after multiple emails and phone calls of which they never answered. After I reported them to the credit card company and finally got the transaction reverse 2 months later, they finally sent me an email saying that they had cancelled my booking and refunded it (this was not the case the credit card company had reversed the transaction.) If this company has taken you for a ride as well I would recommend calling your credit card company and reporting that your goods never arrived (worked for me, got my money back, no thanks to NDBD.)

I bought two phones from this company and both phones were faulty. Terrible customer service and no warranty was honoured. DO NOT BUY FROM NDBD

I have been waiting for my order 545-1172 from 6 January 2018, now is February 28! I sent more than 15 letters - 0 answers.

January 21,24 and 26th, I called by number +44(012) 9021 1101, I was waiting for a talk about 30 min and listening "perfect melody in my phone"

I have no information about the order status, just silence.

Order 530-3157. Still no reply from this scam of a company!! I have tried yet again on numerous occasions to contact these fraudsters and SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! NO REPLY!! I am currently in the midst of reporting this company and I would advise no one to purchase anything from them, they should not be allowed to trade!!

I ordered a Phantom 3 drone for NZ$652. I got confirmation of order and that shipment details would follow the next day. Two weeks later no delivery information was received so sent an email. They replied that the item was not available and I should select another model. They only have two other model, the cheapest is NZ$1,200. I asked for a refund and have had no further response from them. Their site says they comply with NZ Consumer law, they do not, I am entitled to a refund as they cannot supply the ordered item. Their terms & conditions ask you to phone a New Zealand number 09 8840736. This is a recorded message and at the end hangs up, I've tried it 15+ times over a week. THEY ARE A FRAUD. I have lodged and official complaint with the New Zealand Commerce Commission. They may not be able to do anything, but it's time this company was exposed for their dishonesty.

My 14 year old Son used all his savings to purchase a drone from NDBD. The money was taken from the bank account almost immediately. After delays they advised that they didn't have what was advertised and offer to upgrade and pay the difference. So a refund was requested. Then the games start, generic emails, invites to call office numbers that never are answered and eventually excuses like the phone system provider is having difficulties and systems are being upgraded resulting in 25 business days for refunds. On line reviews indicates these tactics have been going on for months. 6 weeks later and no refund. My son is very upset. I have had to report through bank and mastercard that is dealing with the matter as fraud. So that sums it up. Please avoid heartache and avoid. It is not an Australian business, It's based in Honk Kong and clearly there is a significant difference in values, morals etc when it comes to fair trading, customer support etc

I did, they sent me a phone that did not work. After two months of poor communication where I repeatedly provided them photos and videos and barcode numbers they still refuse to acknowledge the phone is broken, and refuse to provide a replacement or a refund. Their strategy is to sell you a poor quality phone and then wait until you give up and go away. They are absolutely shameless and shocking. You might as well take the money you would pay them and set fire to it: you will be no worse off, and it will be a quicker and less frustrating way to lose your money.

I purchased 2 re-furbished iphones, both of which had issues with the screens when they arrived.

I have been trying to return the iphones for over 4 months for repair, replacement or refund and have contacted the company using numerous emails, chat and phone. I have yet to receive a response which is not an automated call logged response.

Each phone call I made was not answered and when told to hold the line (by an automated message) I was disconnected. I managed to make contact with someone using chat and while she said all the right things about the case going to Technical Support I have yet to receive a further response and that was over 2 months ago!

We ordered a drone on 16th December. The item was listed as available and should arrive within 10 days.
The delivery has been pushed back again and again, then on January 10th, NDBD informed us, that the item will not be delivered since it's not available any more. At that point of time the drone still showed up as available in their shop !!. And bare in mind the model is still available at other shops so it would ave been possible for NDBD to get it from different sources.
The story continues:
After canceling the order, NDBD confirmed taht the credit card payment will be returned within 10 working days. After 20 days the money did not show up. I only got my money back by addressing the issue to MasterCard directly.

FAKE COMPANY ! SCAMMERS / THIEVES / LIARS

My girlfriend placed an order for an used Iphone on this company late last year, which she promplty regreted and canceled a few hours after seeing the rating of the company.
It's been more that a month and lots of exchanged emaisl ever since and they still haven't returned the money.

So I bought a drone from the ndbd.ie site from ndbd in November. It didn't seem like it was coming and Christmas was coming and I needed it for a gift. I had no option but to cancel and received this, one of the few communications from them:
Hi Paul,

This is to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that refund processing may take up to 10 business days, excluding financial institution processing time which is usually 3-5 business days. Order is considered as cancelled once processed and confirmed by our staff.

I spent another €800 on a drone and sadly I'm still waiting on my refund from ndbd.

Countless emails sent and no reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
