Their customer support was very good. I received quick responses to my emails when I need help and guidance. They push out notifications on a regular basis and keep you informed of new currency coming onto the market. Plus I like using their interface on the mobile app. I would recommend them for your crypto purchases.

Stay away very bad experience
I use to use ndax alote for years with no problem.
But recently there's alote of headache
Bought some xrp I tried to withdrawal them to a external exchange my funds are still frozen it's been 3days support is poor never answer

Hi. Ethan from NDAX bent over backwards for me. He was extremely professional , friendly & very patient with me. Somehow my password got compromised and NDAX., could not e mail me a new password reset. So Ethan saw this and called me. He fixed my problem immediately. Thank you Ethan.

I needed to contact NDAX as I was unable to withdraw my crypto. I contacted support and had the privilege of dealing with Emilio, he was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire interaction. He made my experience and interaction so easy.

This is a scam operation. They would have stolen my money if Display P hadn't stepped in just in time.

They will lock up your funds/transfers for days without any reason.

The do not have 24/7 support, mon-fri 10am to 2pm

Such a great spot to have my coins always available. Any concerns are always addressed. Once I was getting scammed.. I got a call from them telling it was a scam and stopped the transaction. Second someone was trying to be them. Well I figured it wasn't them. Messaged and got a return it wasn't them it was another scam .

NDAX crypto exchange has an easy to use online customer account Apps!
They are regulated and have very good customer support! I am comparing to much bigger crypto exchanges I have dealt with previously :-)

NDAX provides every security measure possible and makes the extra steps thru the process easy and understandable. I have ZERO connection with anyone at NDAX - but I wish I could get to know them as friends.

Ndax makes a lot of money by not supporting the typical networks of tokens and refusing to release them. collecting the coins for themselves.

Ndax is a legit company but they have the worse customer service in North America just before president Trump came to office I opened an account with Ndax I deposited $82,500.00 I transferred $20,000 somewhere else $62,500 was left the account did very well grew to $87,000 in few weeks when I wanted to withdraw I am new to the trading so I needed help four weeks before customer service called me back both phone and email. Again I wanted to withdraw some of the money last Wednesday in the account but something was wrong the system kept asking and sending codes over and over again I needed help by phone emails and chats since WEDNESDAY February 26 2025 until today March third 2925 I am writing this review no call back in the meantime I have lost almost half of the money in the account and still counting. My advise to any new comer to this business please go somewhere else not with Ndax their poor customer service will cost you you shirts Ndax is only good for experience traders who can quickly learn to navigate their system.

I also reached out via email and received a few responses, though there was a significant gap of about three hours with no communication at all. The replies I did receive were not helpful in resolving the issue, leaving me feeling unsupported. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing and time-consuming, highlighting a clear need for improved customer service and technical support.
