Stay away from NDAX

Even though they have a facelift recently, my experience is still horrible. I have opened the account with them for 6 months and I still have restricted access, I done all my KYC and write many emails to them and all I get is an answer from this guy, Vince K. telling to read the T&C and that also did not tell me why my account is restricted. Plus the fees are very high and not what they advertised saying "low fee". I have tried many others platform, they have lower fee than NDAX and they charge $1.50 for interact e-tranfers. They also make it so complicated to transfers your cryptos to another wallets. It is not user friendly at all and they take a lot of fees too. They can control the Send button on their side to restrict you from withdrawing your cryptos to other wallets. Also their coins selection is very limited. It's not even worth the time to do business with them and I also felt con and scam by them. You don't want your cryptos to end up like FTX. Stay away from Ndax.

I've been using NDAX for over a year…

I've been using NDAX for over a year and no issues so far. The transaction fees are some of the lowest, so the profits are yours. Some people leave bad reviews but perhaps they don’t know how to use the platform or don’t give NDAX enough time to respond. Just give them a chance. I tried two other platforms, one was good but left Canada and the second had outrageous fees.

I signed up on the site 24 hours ago

I signed up on the site 24 hours ago. Today, I wanted to test trading a small amount and sending it to my wallet. In detail, I deposited 50CAD and traded it for 0.012 ETH (49CAD). Then, I tried to transfer this amount to my wallet. Oh surprise! I only received 0.002 ETH (8CAD). Not understanding anything about the transactions made on the site, which is as clear as muddy water, I created a ticket with customer service, who responded within a minute (very good point!). And there, they explained to me that these are transaction fees, amounting to 0.0099 ETH (40CAD). So, to summarize, on a transfer of 49CAD, the site deducted 40CAD. I HAVE NEVER SEEN such huge fees for such small amounts, and I want to emphasize that these are platform fees, not ETH network fees, which amount to 1.2USD. I have all the screenshots for those who want proof. I did the same operation with a competing site, and the result was that for 50CAD deposited and traded for ETH, I was able to transfer the equivalent of 0.012 ETH, which is 49CAD, to my wallet. So for me, NDAX is never again, and I recommend seriously considering trying the competition for those who promote this platform

Not professional at all

My name is Robert... I recently created an account with NDAX. In the beginning everything was fine. I was using ndax to send eth to my wallet with almost no struggles. Then out of nowhere I sent some eth coins to my wallet and I got the error admin processing. I got a call from someone claiming to be ndax asking me where is my crypto and what I'm doing with it. The scariest part is that the guy barely spoke english!!!! I told him to approve my withdrawal and was toldthat he will get back to me?! IS this legal? IT's my money no one should be able to hold it!!! This is not professional behavior at all and I hope I get my crypto withdrawal!

They violated FINTRAC's regulatory policies.

I have been using NDAX for 3 years now, but last year, due to their discontinuation of USDT support, I mistakenly transferred a sum of USDT to my previous USDT address on the NDAX platform, resulting in the loss of my USDT. I contacted customer service, and they told me they would attempt to resolve the issue, but it would take a long time. They informed me that they no longer support USDT. OK, I suppose I can understand that; this happened in August 2023. However, today, I suddenly discovered on a blockchain explorer that the USDT allocated to my wallet has always been displayed in the wallet, but in January 2024, this sum of USDT was transferred out. This means that the wallet has always been under their control. They try to claim that the virtual currencies customers can't recover are just an excuse. After wearing down the customers' patience, when customers seem to have given up, they secretly take possession of these funds. This is a very malicious act and can be called fraud. Therefore, I hope to get an explanation for this issue.

NDAX APPEARS TO HAVE LOST CONTROL OF MY…

*Update as of 28 April 2024* NDAX credited my new wallet address with 5 SOL within 24 hours of my forwarding the support email thread to their feedback as per their reply to this review. However my SOL wallet receive page is still displaying the old wallet address. I have upgraded this review from 1 star to 3 stars as my lost SOL was eventually replaced.

NDAX APPEARS TO HAVE LOST CONTROL OF MY SOL WALLET. Up until 27 Dec 2023 SOL sent to my NDAX wallet address of DxMHnLQyajHRXBQTH1HBK7j9JuG7v2iGLNjZHtBveoa9 (as detailed on my SOL Wallet Receive page from when I opened my account until the present) was credited to my NDAX account and available to trade. On 02 Mar 2024 I sent 5 SOL to the wallet address by copying and pasting it from the NDAX receive page. The SOL chain confirmed a successful transaction and yet my account did not update. I opened a ticket which was eventually closed stating that the wallet address was not an NDAX wallet despite my having included the screenshot of their webpage showing the address. I transferred SOL out of my NDAX and it came from a different address than previously and different from that provided to me by the NDAX webpage. I reopened the ticket including screenshots showing the NDAX web page and the history of the wallet corresponding to all my previous transactions and have heard nothing since except "Apologies our tech team is still working on this, we will update you as soon as we have an update!". Both the 15 day and 30 day response times specified by NDAX have passed with no new information. SOL Explorer confirms the 5 SOL are still in the wallet specified on the NDAX SOL Wallet Receive page and yet NDAX HAS NOT RETURNED THEM TO MY CONTROL or replaced them according to their 'guarantee'. The first wallet transaction that doesn't correspond to my NDAX account history occurred on January 18, 2024 13:16:19 +UTC implying this is around the time that NDAX lost my wallet. This experience has cost me more than I would ever recoup from their lower fees and I recommend AVOID NDAX.

When I tried to withdraw…

When I tried to withdraw cryptocurrency, they put the transaction on hold and did not allow me to make a withdrawal. I sent nine messages to support but they completely ignored my messages. I was able to withdraw my cryptocurrency the next day after calling and sending new messages to support. The right decision is to forget the NDAX.
