I ordered a pyrography kit January 3, 2020. I never have recieved it. I still was sending them emails at least 3 a week. The last one I sent wouldn't send at all. What a joke of a company. I call bull crap! Scamming suckers!

WHAT was the name of the transaction on your paypal/bank account? I have not received my items. They delivered my items to the wrong location. They refuse to acknowledge my proof of address on bill to where they sent it. I want a refund and I am having a difficult time getting it back.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. original price advertised was $36 for the kit. After all was done and charged a huge surprise of $79 charged. Plus now it has been over three months and now their email address doesn’t work. They kept me hanging for over a month so I couldn’t dispute charge on card.

This is a scam. I also received just the pen after 4 months! They told me that's what I ordered. The pen only line did not show until the confirmation went through! DO NOT ORDER THIS! YOU WILL NOT GET 42 PIECES! I emailed them everyday for 2 weeks by replying to the email confirmation and they did issue me an 8 dollar refund because I threatened to report them! It took 3 more weeks of daily emails

I too ordered the 42 pcs kit but only received the Pen. I am trying to locate a way to contact Nearlife, but the website address I have for them is now showing up as for sale. Go figure. Will someone please provide me the email address they were able to reach Nearlife with.

I too ordered the 42 piece pyrography kit plus ultimate design tool.... took 3 months and only received the ultimate design tool.... I emailed them about my 42 piece kit and they stated that i was sent the package that I ordered. I emailed them again with my paypal receipt.... so I’ll see what else they have to say about that.

I too wish I had looked for reviews before placing my order. Ugh! My story is the same as many of yours....placed order for 42 pics burner, waited 3 months, received only the pen. My emails are getting me nowhere. What a scammer!!!!

My wife asked me to order the 42 pc Pyrography kit and like everyone else we waited 3 months and only got the pen. Their "customer service" actually responds but with nonsense. I asked for a refund and prepaid waybill to return it and they never reply to that. I'm guessing no one got Paypal to refund anything?

I went on Amazon, ordered a 79 pc kit for less than the useless NearLife garbage! It arrived complete in a few days and my wife is thrilled. Now if I could get my money back from NearLife it would be a happy ending. From the comments here it is unlikely.

Update July 23... I filed a dispute with Paypal, the vendor offered to refund if I shipped it back to China. I asked for a prepaid shipping label as I feel they deceived me and no reply. So it is now in Paypal's hands. I did offer to accept a partial refund and keep the item as a compromise.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Ordered an Item April 8, and as of July 8th, it still hasn't arrived. I get that we have COVID-19, but it shouldn't take 3 months to deliver. When I reach out to Nearlife, they just tell me to keep waiting.

Ordered 4 of the 42pc kits. Received 4 burning pens. They will not make it right. Am contacting PayPal and BBB! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

I ordered the 42 piece set months ago & have received nothing.

After months of waiting for the 42 piece set, all I received was the burning tool itself. Appears I am not the only one. Damn shame.

Same as all of you. I ordered 2 sets, received 2 pens - 3 months later. Been emailing them and I'm receiving the same response as all of you. I'm going to contact PayPal and the BBB. I suggest everyone do the same. I even write a review on Facebook as others did and, it disappeared just like all the others! This is illegal. I think maybe even the papers and news station should hear about it.

I, too, ordered 3 sets from this company on 4/5/20. Just received the pens only. Tried to contact them. Email says someone will get back with me in 24 hours but looking at these reviews, I guess I won't get satisfaction. Can anyone tell me what it was called on their PayPal. That's how I paid also.

I too bought the same 42 piece woodburning kit and the accessories. I finally got a very small portion of the order, but not the 42 piece kit. I have emailed them repeatedly and instead of addressing the issue they keep sending me the same canned letter saying the package was delivered. I even attached pictures of the small envelope and what was inside. These people need to be shut down. I encourage everyone here to lodge a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission AND Consumer Protection. This practice is illegal and needs to be stopped.

I had to give them one star just so I can write a review. I would give them -10 Stars. I bought 2 wood burning kits over 2 months ago. I keep emailing them. They always say my order is on the way do to the virus everything is backed up they say. I call bull crap. I order many other things always get them on time. This is a SCAM BIGTIME. Do not order from them. This world is awful when companies can do this to hard working people. No wonder they say don't buy from China. Companies like this do give them a bad look. The ads are on Facebook and it goes through PayPal. But they will not stand behind you

This is ridiculous I ordered this set for my daughter for mothers day I had to wait 2 months for my product then I finally got a pen in the mail so I asked over and over about it and finally I got a response saying I only ordered the pen after I asked for them to just send me a refund and the said they would send me 3 dollars smh

I wish I had checked this first also they are a rip off company ordered 42 piece set only got the pen they keep saying no only order pen but in emails it shows thank for ordering 42 piece set but they keep saying no they need to be shut down don't buy for this place Linda

Got tool no pieces what is going on with this company. Not at all happy. Also not happy with shopify who also did not follow through.

I guess I’m in the same boat. Ordered 2 wood burning sets April 26 got 2 of the sticks June 5. I handed it over to paypal since I paid with paypal ! I did send them the order confirmation and they have the gall to say I only ordered the sticks us plug.Scammers,we learn from this 🤦🏻‍♀️
