Called the sales team for a request. Woman was unhelpful and rude. Very poor customer service

They called 3 times to deliver & ask for location although it's all stated in my application, at the end they canceled the order.

I ordered 5 different items the poultry was okay not great but the meat was awful didn’t like it at all .

The short ribs are too fatty and the tbone is cut waaaaaaaaaay too thin. Not even an inch!! You need to understand how this meat is used and eaten.
