If I could do NO STARS...THATS WHAT IT WOULD BE !!! BEWARE !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
This is the worst company that I've ever had to deal with. First of all, they sent me contact lenses that had no prescription in them. When I clearly put my prescription on the order. Then they charged my card right away and after I got my product. I realized that it was something that I could not wear because it had no prescription to it. And then when I tried to file a dispute, they told me to hang on to the product and that they would let me know... then when I disputed the charge, they closed the dispute and said that I did not send the merchandise back...they never gave me the opportunity to send it back because they told me to hang on to the product until further notice.Do not ever buy anything from this company.Because they will rip you off and if you try to dispute it , they will not give you your money back.

I always loved colors ordered and was satisfied with strength. Only this last order did I receive wrong strength and I am waiting for a resolution. Hopefully a refund. If not I may hesitate. I would recommend them. Worth the wait for diversity in colors.

I ordered a pair for my Halloween costume this year, pale gold and prescription. They arrived in what I consider a more or less decent amount of time, but I can't say if the prescription is right or not. I have never had a problem getting contacts in before, but these little bastards stick to everything except my eyeballs, even if I hold them in place while I start to blink. All I've gotten out of this experience is tears of frustration and disappointment.

I have been emailing this company during a month to get my money back, they've sent me the wrong products on purpose and now they expect me to keep it and accept a refund of 4 dollars 🫢 they used the excuse that the warehouse is far away and the cost of shipping are too expensive for them to send me what I ordered, I paid around 16 dollars just for delivery fees , to get something I'm not gonna use, it also took ages to arrive, this is the worst experience I ever had buying online in my 33yo , lived in 5 countries and cant explain myself how a company like this scammer is still running

Paid $16 for express shipping and they shipped them *9* days later took 25 days to get here.

Customer service is non-existent. Purchased yellow lenses for cosplay and they are clear.

Go to moco lens and completely steer clear of this company.

I order 4 pair of contacts that were supposed to have 1.75 for reading and none of them do. I have dark eyes and order color contacts they dont look like i expected, and the wait time to recieve them was almost two months.

I give this company 5 stars… after reading the comments i was really nervous about the whole experience but my package came about 13 days after ordering (which i expected coming from China) and it was the exact product i ordered.. so i will be ordering again

I just received my order today and they exceeded my expectations! The prescription contacts I ordered are beautiful and I can see perfectly with them! I am very satisfied and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you!!

I've been waiting for over a month for my order I can't believe I need to check reviews for contact lenses no I'm out $70 and this piece of doo doo company still hasn't sent me my lenses and I'm finding out more and more bad stuff how can they still be in business I see reviews from 2022 and they're still in business in 2024 wow

I've waiting for my order for a month and all I get from Nebulalens is a load of crap they say to be patient you can't be patient when you pay for something and don't get it I would advise anyone not to buy from this company because all your doing is giving them your money and getting nothing in return

I wish I could give -10000 stars. Stole so much money from me it's criminal.

Do not order from these crooks! I placed an order and received NONE of the colors I requested. Tried one of the pairs and it had no prescription strength, which all lens I ordered were supposed to be (-7.5 ). Over half of the order was passed the expiration date. Customer service has refused to refund me for the useless garbage they sent me. I provided photos of all the items, still in their original packaging just to be told to keep them. Unusable lens that I DID NOT ORDER. Do not waste your money on these scam artists!

Whatever you do not order from these people. I wait over a month to get my order and nothing was correct. I didn't get not one contact I ordered. And the ones they did send I couldn't even use. So disappointed that I lost a lot of money for nothing.

This is an appalling company. My first order took several weeks to arrive and when it came, both sets of lenses had no prescription. I complained and asked to be sent the right lenses. My email requests were met with replies which contained the usual 'have a nice day' guff but did not result in a refund or the right lenses being sent. Then they offered me a discount. I decided to give them a second chance. They sent a pair after several weeks that contained the right prescription, but I could not even insert them, and half the colour was missing off the lenses. Real rubbish. I pity the workers in this company - but maybe they are also not capable of doing their jobs properly. This company should be investigated and closed down. I should add that I have bought contact lenses from other companies which also have lenses made in China and they were fine.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS ITS BEEN 15 DAYS AND NO TRACKING NUMBER NOTHING ORDER IS STILL AWAITING SHIPMENT. I EMAIL AND GET REPLYS DAYS LATER ONLY TO RECEIVE AUTOMATED REPLYS. IM GOING TO STOP PAYMENT.

This.merchamt is a scam of a company, they're crooks...27 days since I placed.my.order and they took my money and I still have not had my order shipped. They claim they "cannot find my order in their system". I had to have my credit card company intervene and Nebulalens won't even respond or cooperate with them either..fight for your refund!! These scammers are hiding overseas.

Complete scam!! Mad at myself cause I usually check Trustpilot first!!! Fake contacts not what I ordered. Only wants to give me a 20% off coupon like I would give these criminals more of my money!!!! Stay away from them!!!

They sent the wrong colors and then refused to send the correct one's and only ordered me a $6 refund on a $30 order!! I reported them to the federal trade commission

I agree with every single 1 star review here. I have given this company chance after chance to just simply send me the $70 worth of contacts that I ordered but it takes “feran” two weeks to even answer an email. And when he does, he says it’s due to bad weather conditions! It’s been 5 months now and they refuse to give me a refund or even send me my contacts!!! They need to be charged for fraud because this is exactly what their company is committing! I’m going to report this to every outlet possible. I work hard for my money and to be scammed and lied to is just slimy. yet they openly continue to conduct business. Something will be done.
