I ordered a pillow and cover never shipped
I ordered a pillow and cover in December. The order was never delivered. They don’t respond to any inquiries either from the chat feature or the support email (disabled). Rip off

I have also reviewed Pillow Haven, the parent of Neck haven, in order to get the word out about this terrible firm. After interminable delays and no shipment of a product (despite them lying about delivery repeatedly) I finally received a refund, but it was a highly stressful experience. My story: No product ever delivered. All I got from the company was delay and misdirection. Avoid. They are a ripoff machine. I had to lodge a credit card protest to get my refund. They were never anything but uncooperative until I made the CC protest. Then they entered a duplicate refund only after I received my refund from the credit card company. As if that made a difference. They contributed nothing to the refund process and I strongly suspect they only issued a redundant refund so they could reply to reviews saying they refunded my payment. They are seeking to discredit legit negative reviews. I am surprised to see any positive reviews and find those to be suspect given my horrible experience. Avoid.
I bought two pillows — for me and my husband. For many reasons, the pillow is not the right fit (i.e., it is uncomfortable and led to more snoring). Also, one of them did not fluff up as much as the other. But, no matter.
My issue is with the return process. When I asked about next steps, I was told I could pay to ship the pillows back to China (good luck getting them that small again) or get a 50% refund. What kind of business practice is this? It’s practically extortion.
I’m still waiting for a response to my request for a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to get the product back to the manufacturer.
This pillow is very expensive at $135.00 USD, but since they stated it would be risk free for 30 days I took a chance. They stated "🛡️ Try NeckHaven™ for 30 Nights, Risk-Free". I guess I thought "risk free" meant I could get a full refund if I was not satisfied with the pillow. I wasn't satisfied. After I contacted them for a refund, I was told that I had 2 options. Option 1 was to return the pillow "to China" for a full refund. According to the Post Office, it would have cost me almost $100 to send it back to China. Originally the pillow was sent to me from Indiana but they did not give me the option to return it there. Option 2 was to keep the pillow and take 50% back. Of course, I choose Option 2 since it made more sense financially. I did get the money back but I would never buy anything from this company again.
