Rubbish company

Am going round in circles with this company, bought my pet insurance with Sainsbury’s in 2020, should have got 6,000 points but they never appeared, I then renewed again the following year and still no points. After numerous contact with Sainsbury’s and nectar they try to say they were awarded in 2020 . If that was the case why haven’t they shown up on my card statements. They are both blaming each other but the fact is they have robbed me of 6,000 points. I have now given up chasing this as I’ve had enough ( which is what they want, I’m sure) but I will never recommend them to anyone now as they are nothing but thieves.

Just spoke to Jai as I’ve lost my card…

Nectar points: Just spoke to Jai by doing an online chat as I’ve lost my card. It was made so simple and the person couldn’t be more helpful 😃. Halfway through the chat my phone rang and it was my son. As I answered I accidentally pressed some letters. Jai became very concerned for my safety as it didn’t make sense.
When I return to the chat I found messages asking was I ok. How sweet was that so thank you Jai for your kind messages snd i look forward to getting my replacement card shortly.

Helpful online chat

I have just had a lovley online chat with Manpreet. She sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. She even sorted another one for me too. She was patient, as I'm not too quick with the keyboard. Thanks for making it a pleasure to ask for help Manpreet.

My Nectar card has NEVER worked for me! :(

What is the point of owning a Nectar card??? I have been a member of Nectar since the beginning and in all that time I have NEVER successfully EVER been able to use the points that manage to accumilate! I even tried aquiring a new card, with a new number, in the hopes that the new one would work; in fact I am now on my THIRD card and STILL no joy!!! I have just purchased a vaccuum cleaner from Argos and tried using the Nectar points from this purchased and, you guessed it, NO JOY; the purchased went ahead but WITHOUT the Nectar points/£s removed, so I contacted their online chat doofer without any luck. As soon as I asked if Nectar is a member with Trust Pilot the person disconnected. Typical! This is why I am leaving this bad review, which I have NEVER done before because I always try to ressolve any problems but this inscident has left me angry/sad/confused/frustrated/upset. I always like to see the bright side of things and to be possitive, but it is hard when things like this occurance happens. MAkes me wonder IF I will EVER manage to get my Nectar card to work because I refuse to get another new one??? :(

I couldn't get into my nectar card…

I couldn't get into my nectar card account, i did live chat with Naveen and he saw that i was using my old number so he asked for confirmation of my new number and confirmed my points total. I had linked my card with e bay but had no idea if this had worked, Naveen confirmed i had collected ebay points on my new card. He sorted everything out for me and answered all my queries, very very helpful

At The End Of My Tether.

Absolutely useless. Wanting to change my card to maiden name. Months ago updated online easy enough. Have now ordered 4 new cards hoping to receive with the updated name, however to no avail. This is also despite the card being addressed to my maiden name apart from the title being 'Mrs'. Online there is no option to change the title to "Ms". Previously I have left feedback direct on the Nectarpoints website to receive no response.

My missing points query was handled efficiently by Sanchit, they were very kind. The known missing points were added within 24-hours.

Spoke to a very nice man called Randel…

Spoke to a very nice man called Randel today as I needed to change some details on my nectar account. Using the live chat was so easy and Randal changed the details on my account with ease . Would definitely recommend using the live chat

This Company is a fraud!

This Company is a fraud!
I spent thousands of pounds ,and over time gain approximately £45.00 of Nectar points.
As much as I tried,I couldn't get into my Nectar account!
And I tried many times. Then, after all of my trying my £45.00 worth of points just melted away, disappeared!
So they are a fraudulent Company I'm afraid!

This Nectar Company Is A Scam Company.
I bought thousands of pounds from Ebay over the years. Last year I had about £48 in Nectar points
each time I tried to change the points into vouchers ,it kept stating theres an error. I tried and tried on numerous occasions to cash in my points.
Then one day my points and £48 just disappeared.
This is some sort of scam by Nectar to get you to spend money, they make it impossible to get points changed to vouchers. Then just delete all the points you've earned.
This company is just a scam company.

Sainsburys Nectar points double up…disappoints

Sainsburys Nectar points double up fiasco.
When I received the email from Sainsbury’s Nectar points suggesting that I should take advantage of the doubling up offer and save time by doing it on line, I thought it was a good idea. It was disconcerting to only receive one of the three vouchers that I was due. After a wait on the helpline, I was reassured that it had happened to lots of people and that I could expect them later in the month. I said that this hardly represented time saving and I would have been better doing it in store, this resulted in the offer of £1.25; that is 250 points on my account. I suppose that I could then double up to £2.50!
Only a minor problem for me but I guess a major one for Sainsbury Nectar because it potentially affects so many people, all of whom will be contacting the helpline.

One not to say no to, I need all the help i can get and this site delivers.

A fabulous way to make your extra time count" watch a few adds when your bored and get points. Love this site, i only have a few moans - often i feel like i am not heard when i have viewing problems and also some adds are rather long and the points very small compared to short adds that have large points. Other than that if you want extra points join and watch, fun way to collect points for them everyday items.
