Raewyn came to my door this afternoon and before even speaking about Nectr she stood there and had a conversation with me and made me instantly feel so comfortable!
She stood there and listened to my concerns and answered every single question I had!!
Raewyn is absolutely amazing at her job!!

A man knocked on my door as I was leaving, I told him I couldn't speak right now and he asked if he could come back later. I was clearly hesitant and I said he could if he wanted.
Later that evening he came back remarked on how cold it was, being polite I told him he could come in. He pitched me his case for switching energy providers, as I realised what he was doing I told him I wasnt interested. He became very pushy and remarked that I should have told him that 2 hours ago and became very rude.
You knock on my door, I am nothing but polite and you treat me like that.
If it costs me "30 extra dollars per quarter" to deal with my current provider (who has always been lovely) then I will happily pay that to avoid dealing with anyone from here again.

I have just been switched over to Nectr and they are brilliant. Little slow however they are still brilliant, they have a great team, would definitely recommend signing up with them.

Hands down this is the best Electricity company I've ever used.
Talk about perfect timing, I had just moved into my apartment & was running around Marrickville Metro from one supermarket to the next as I had to buy groceries, glasses etc & these guys had stopped me outside of Woolworths. Normally I just say no thanx & keep walking especially as I was in such a rush this day. But the two guys promised me 5 mins & their incredible customer service skills & efficiency was above & beyond. We actually talked about Interior design & Styling as I'm a stylist & spent 2 mins talking about the Electricity plan as I was in the market for one. SOLD....
You weren't pushy,, spammy or salesy. And my bills are so super cheap, I've recommended you to others & a friend has signed up as well.

Loved dealing with Nectr! No long wait times when contacting customer service, Aussie call centre with people who speak AND understand English and well priced electricity. All in all a great company to deal with.
Mark and Jai were absolutely brilliant. They were honest and factual and showed me exactly what I would save. It was all done in a matter of minutes. Both were very professional and friendly. I was totally happy by the end of the conversation and pleased they knocked on my door. Well done guys! Happy new customer indeed.

Telling us they constantly underestimate our power usage. Last month was $250 this month is $350 based on an ESTIMATED usage. This is a house of 2. Also takes out unauthorised payments from card's.

Nectar get back to you straight away with any questions you have and make it really easy to communicate, monthly bills in smaller chunks makes budgeting easier
Customer service could be improved. Also could improve the procedure of relocating house because when a customer relocates they have to start a whole new acct so any credit that is on the old acct is left sitting there and not transferred. Also would like to see a different payment option such as bpay available for people to make regular weekly payments.

I had quite a few questions and they were answered so that I understood completely. I spoke to 5 members of staff (I had to phone back a few times.) and all were courteous, understanding, and respectful at all times.
