Powerbank has never worked properly as a backup for iPhone. Only tried to use 5 or 6 times since purchase - a compete disaster each time.
Nedis says I need to revert via retailer through which I purchased it previously. A disaster all round
1. Heap of crap on the repeated CAPTCHA garbage, every 30 seconds, regardless of whether you are typing, took over 10 CAPTCHA sessions just to register a SUPPORT request - aaaargh...
2. Badly designed product - ref water filter
This appears to have been an after thought. (No filter supplied, so have to wait 24 hours to buy one before it can be used) - also no spec for the filter in any of the supplied paperwork
Filter attachment can only take just over 500ml and stops filtering shortly after the 2nd fill - btw it takes over 3 fills to fill the tank....aargh
Will be returning the product as not fit for purpose...
The only way to use this product is with an external supply of filtered water. We don't have the room for that. That was why we bought this product...

I bought a bluetooth speaker. It sounds horrible and the battery lasts few minutes.
The customer service which they are working at nedisairco @yourhelpdesk.eu specially (Demi) I guess he or she is the worst customer service presenter I have ever dealt with in my whole life, no manner no ethics no education no no nothing at all honestly the management either blind or either the same to higher such thing !!!!
I advice every one to re think 100 times before taking such a decision.
I hereby all the managers and HR to reconsider and monitor all what he or she doing immediately with no further delay since your business guys will go down with such person.
the key board is fing amazing is bloody awsome the colours are luminated but not rgb its in the name duhh... but its a good keyboard if you want rgb go to nedis webpage or aliexpress and ou find it there,,, there is many keyboard,, onthis webpage,, too ,,, the next key board up thou had i think full rgb,,, so look at lumnated,, not a rgb keybord,,, look for rgb,,, in name not luminated if looking for rgb then looking ion wrong place,, this is fing amazing
