Unfortunately when we had a gutters cleaned, we then had a leak. When the two men came back to asses what had occurred, they said that we need new gutters. I explained the gutters are quite new. And the hole is a perfect hole, so strange it recently appeared after the gutters were cleaned. Then they told me they were going to their truck and phoned the manager to speak to me, but the guys left. No one called that day, and that was it. I did get a follow up email, but someone should have talked to us while the guys were here as they said they would.

I have asked a number of times to be alerted to when the laborers will arrive. My services are only indicated in weeks--not the actual day. In the cooler months, we do not keep the water on, which limits the service to a leaf blower--not as effective as cleaning the gutters and downspouts with water. During this servicing, we were meeting/talking with a contractor outside, which was made awkward with the laborers working.In the future, please text me at least one day prior to the service.

Phone conversation was professional, appointment time was kept, quote was give on the spot, technicians were polite and worked efficiently. Whole process took just over one hour. Re-test kit was easy to use and directions were very easy to follow.

Many services available in addition tog gutters. I have used their Mosquito/Tick treatment service too. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the high pressure sales tactics. Each time they are at my house they find an "issue" and you have to call to ask, every time it's about something minor s and they pressure you to get that service to address it.
