A scamming place
A scamming place. The owner tries to cover up her reviews also. I reviewed on behalf of my mother in law on google reviews, which is stated clearly, and the owner responded with “if this person is real they are not in our system/our client” (referring to me). Of course I am not in the booking system as I stated in my review my mother in law was the client not me.
Scamming prices from people.
I stand by my google review:
“Scamming place. My mother in law had an appointment for a trim. She has 3B type hair shoulder length. She went into the salon prior to the appointment and asked for the price of the wet cut and was told £20. I also went into the store to ask on her behalf and asked for a quote for a wet cut on curly/coily hair and was quoted £25. Their website online only states a dry cut priced at £16.
She came in for her appointment, had a trim to her ears, with just water spritz from a bottle and was told “oh no this is a professional cut it’s going to be £55”…”
Awful awful awful. If the owner sees this here, yes I am a real person, and your services are awful.
