Exceptional Service and Support from Tina

I had an outstanding experience with Need A Part, thanks to Tina.

I am based in the Cook Islands, so I arranged for my order to be sent to someone in New Zealand who could bring it over for me. Unfortunately, I then realised that the first person would not receive the package in time before travelling, so I had to quickly organise a second contact in a completely different location and request a delivery address change.

Despite multiple changes and a very time sensitive situation, Tina handled everything quickly, professionally, and without any fuss. Her communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

What could have easily been a stressful and complicated situation was made simple thanks to her efficiency and willingness to assist.

I highly recommend Need A Part, and especially Tina, for going above and beyond to help their customers.

Ordered a Spartan Drive wheel axle…

Disregard this review. The company that I was referring to was not Need A Part rather Need This Part. My error.
Ordered a Spartan Drive wheel axle cover for my motorhome. I was supposed to get a order # to track delivery. Never got confirmation from Need A Part although credit card was charged immediately.
Wrote several emails asking for confirmation and status. Never heard back from them. Gave them over a week to reply. Just silence. I cancelled the charge on my credit card. This is definitely a SCAM. BEWARE!

Ordered a oven seal at the end of…

Ordered a oven seal at the end of January which stipulated that this seal would be delivered 10 working days from purchase on line.I had to chase this after 25 plus working days to find the part had not arrived from the supplier and told it would be the beginning of the next week.It is now the 5th of March and after my further contacting them I have been told the supplier has not provided the part and I will be refunded after asking such.Bitterly disappointed with feedback only when I contact them and their no policy of 10 working days.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. For items we don't hold in stock, we always get an ETA direct from the supplier before quoting (and in this case it was 2 weeks). Obviously this turned out to be incorrect, which is unfortunately out of our control.

I should like to note that on each occasion you contacted us we replied promptly with the latest information we had available from our supplier, and when you did request a refund, it was actioned immediately.

That said, I do apologise that we were not more pro-active in chasing it up for you.
