My custom chair arrived fast! Once opening I was so thrilled on how great the custom embroidery turned out. I absolutely love the detail that went into it and how great it looks. Absolutely love the comfort of the chair as well. Will be looking into getting a second one soon :)

The tilt mechanism in my chair broke after a year, and when I contacted support Jimmy offered an explanation for a common fix I could do myself. My mechanism was too broken for this to work, so he immediately set me up for a replacement mechanism. The whole exchange only took a couple of days. My problem was resolved very quickly and easily, and I appreciated the gesture of offering instructions to self repair before I got my replacement. Thank you.

Great experience! I purchased a custom logo and embroidery for my chair and they offered several mock ups, additional design ideas, and walked me through the entire process. It was better than I hoped. The chair arrived very quickly for something custom, was really easy to put together thanks to the included instructions, and works flawlessly and feels great!

Great customer service and products! I've owned a chair from them I bought over 5 years and it's still practically flawless, minor some wrinkles in the leather from daily use. Recently bought a 2nd chair that had issues on arrival - they replaced it without any qualms!

The chair is perfect. This is my second maxnomic from you guys with the other lasting 7 years lasting much longer than expected. Material is great, smooth and comfortable, the chair feels premium as it should at this price point.

I only needed a new lumbar support pillow. The chair is still superb!!

I was pleased with how quickly it was shipped, and the packaging was excellent. Directions for assembly were very clear and easy to understand. 100% would recommend to others.

Very please! I bought my chair in 2017 and it finally started to wear out and was uncomfortable. I called in requesting replacement parts as only the seat portion was messed up. Thomas informed me due to back order they were not able to get me a part for some time. Due to the inconvenience, he offered me free embroidering on the purchase of a new chair. A small gesture but appreciated none-the-less. The chair shipped immediately and was here in 2 days. Fantastic customer service

My chairs base, pneumatic cylinder and tilt broke. I emailed their support, provided photos and a video of the items being broken and they shipped parts immediately. Support was amazing but disassembling the chair was hard. The instructions make sense but my cylinder was so busted I had to beat it out with a real hammer.

I like the seat but its stupid expencive for what it is

I have an office series chair that I’ve had for about 2 years now at work. This chair is awesome and barely has signs of wear and tear. Very sturdy, extremely comfortable on my back and I love the features like being able to lean back and the pillow headrest. I highly recommend and have gotten a few friends to purchase chairs too. Worth the cost for comfort in the long run.

Got here pretty quick, set up was pretty simple, and the chair is super comfy
