Online order and delivery went smoothly but the service could be better. Attempted to phone with product questions and never returned calls. Never received a shipping notification after I ordered and when I called to enquire if the goods were shipped, never heard back.

Love what this company is doing with biodegradable wipes as I feel better knowing these wipes won't be sitting in landfill forever. I ordered a box as they were great value for money (including shipping). The wipes are nice and thick, not too wet, not too dry. Will buy these again. Also, good service. I had to change the delivery address last minute, and they were prompt with making the change.
