Very happy with Joe and his colleague who gave our overgrown laburnum tree a good cut back plus removed one of the trunks. Very friendly, knowledgeable company, locally based in Beckenham.

Nick and his team completed a large garden renovation project for us in July. Our property has access issues but the various challenges this posed were overcome and handled efficiently. As part of the project a new lawn has been laid which despite the very warm weather looks beautiful which we feel is down to the meticulous preparation by the team. We are very pleased with the end result.

Very pleased with our new back garden lawn. The work was undertaken speedily but not rushed and I was happy with the aftercare instructions as laid in a heatwave ! All in all a cracking job and a pleasure to deal with Nick and his team.

We gave a very positive review in September 2021 on our decking which looked lovely. Unfortunately it is completely stained with large black areas despite our best efforts to clean it very regularly. We have taken second opinion which confirms that the decking was not treated adequately after installation so stains have soaked through and now cannot be treated. At the time of installation Nic assured us that the decking is fully treated. Having repeatedly asked Nic for help during the guarantee period, we have come to the conclusion that he is not going to return to remedy the situation. We are hugely disappointed and feel our trust betrayed.

Great job, very smooth and efficient.
Will def use again when we next need tree work.

Joe arrived on time and has done a great job tidying a rather overgrown lilac tree. They have taken all of the pruning away and left the place perfectly tidy. Could not be happier with the work and a real pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Just moved into a property where there was quite a few overgrown trees, front and back of the property. They arrived on time and spent 3 days clearing unwanted trees and grinding the roots down, pruning edges and trimming back the others trees. They even took care not to disturb the baby bird they found in a nest in one of the tree. The difference their work has made to the garden has been notice by everyone passing by. Would recommend them for their wonderful service.

Joe and Frankie arrived punctually as arranged on a rather windy day 21/6/21 and set about doing exactly what was required: to "cut back considerably" a diseased Crab-apple tree. They did a substantial job and achieved a result that gave the tree a much better shape and, we hope, a new lease of life. They were recommended to us by someone who had had a Robinia tree equally well attended to. Therefore, I would unhesitatingly recommend the services of N.E. Gardencare Limited. Hugh Coleridge.

Joe and Frankie did a great job tidying up 3 trees in difficult windy conditions. They tidied up a huge Lawson Cyprus, an elderly Elderberry tree and a dishevelled Holly. 2.5 hours it took and a great job was done.

They did great work - arrived on time and did exactly as requested for a reasonable price.

Nick and Joe were fantastic. Their tree surgery work was efficient and done with high expertise. I am delighted with the result bringing more light into our garden now that 6 meters of the tree had been removed !

Would definitely recommend. The team came to chop down a medium tree in my garden. They were super friendly, did a great and efficient job and tidied up after themselves. Lovely team - great work!

Extremely happy with the service provided. We had our tree cut back and our hedge line tidied up. Joe and the team were efficient, friendly and carried out the job with no fuss - the neighbours were all commenting on a great job and how quickly it was carried out.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The NE Gardencare team arrived very punctually and carried out the job efficiently. We booked them to prune several fruit trees and a very big spiky Bottlebrush bush. All the debris was taken away and our garden was left very tidy. We were very pleased with the results.

The experience was without fault from the first contact. They were really quick to reply to our inquiry, come in person and explain the process in detail. They took care of the TPO application and all the communication with the council.
The reduction was not as much as I would´ve wanted but their were really diligent at it and left the place better than the way they found it.

Amazing work in pruning our very overgrown trees. Joe and Frankie were phenomenal, punctual, professional, efficient and left the garden super tidy. It is transformed. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly!

We have been working with Nick Eddy for over 5 years. Nick has been supporting our apartment block in Beckenham with gardening and many other bespoke projects.

Nick is trustworthy, extremely creative and capable and has come to our rescue on many occasion!.

Excellent operator and we couldn’t recommend him and his team highly enough!

Nick and his team came and replaced our old fence. The weather was awful including snow, but they were very reliable and came everyday on time to make sure the job was completed. We had some issues with the gate after it was installed but Nick came round and completely replaced it. All in all, great job and would recommend :)

Joe was able to visit and provide a competitive quote at short notice and carried out the work a week later.

I was very pleased with the results and found the whole process very efficient and friendly.

I’ll definitely hire Joe and the team again.
