The team at Neil Patel Digital has been great to work with. They were willing to hop on calls and take the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The process has been smooth, and I’m excited about this partnership and what’s ahead.

Low pressure and professional sales process.

Somehow found my 11 year olds email address that she only uses for gaming logins and spammed it like crazy. Over 75 emails about SEO services in about 3 weeks. What the hell?

Total SCAM claims to have a complex strategy and then just want to run a performance max Google campaign outrageously overcharge you and no way to call only via email

We engaged NP Digital / Ubersuggest SEO service after a detailed sales discussion. Their team evaluated the scope themselves, quoted us $800 including on-page implementation, and asked for 100% advance. We trusted the brand name and paid upfront.

What happened next was extremely disappointing:
• Work started late (more than a month after payment).
• The same “tracker” and Ubersuggest reports (which we already have access to) were shown repeatedly as “progress.” No meaningful implementation was visible on our website.
• The promised on-page SEO implementation was never completed, despite being included in the $800.
• Communication was poor – WhatsApp replies often took 2 days, meetings were full of apologies, but no real action.
• When we asked for a refund, they kept sending long arguments instead of honoring their own commitment.
• To make it worse, during this time our website spam score actually increased, showing that their “SEO efforts” were ineffective or mismanaged.

We trusted NP Digital because of their big brand reputation, but this experience feels like false promises and wasted time. After 3 months, there is no delivery, no refund, and no accountability.

If you are considering their SEO service, please be very cautious. They promise big during sales, but the reality is canned mails, endless meetings, and unkept promises.

I am still waiting for a refund. If they continue to ignore it, I will escalate further and share this experience on other forums to protect other businesses from falling into the same trap.

Neil's emails are some of the few emails that I open regularly and that hold a lot of value. I am just in the launch stage of my business, but once I'm at the stage to higher an outside team for marketing I won't hesitate to hire Neil and his team. They clearly understand the market and are well aware of current strategies, particularly as AI makes a bigger impact on search results.
