As a business owner, I engaged the services of this SEO agency for over a year. However, throughout my tenure, I experienced significant issues with their account management. The account manager was changed multiple times, resulting in a lack of proper handover and continuity. Over the past 6-8 months, numerous promised deliverables were not fulfilled, despite my continuous inquiries. Frustratingly, despite requesting a subscription cancellation since February 2023, they adamantly refused and even attempted to charge me for services in March, extending all the way to the end of June. Regrettably, I have never received satisfactory deliverables from this agency. Without hesitation, I consider this to be one of the worst experiences I've had with an agency, and I strongly advise against engaging their services.

We had them for a year and our sales actually went down. You find that they have a lot of children working for them and the follow-through has a lot to be desired. In addition they make a lot of promises that they do not follow through on. My suggestion if you use this company have them not do SEO or change things on your website the reason that they at least got two stars was that they do have the capacity to get you links however it normally is 1500 to $2,000 a link.

As Mohr's Law accelerates change in the DM space especially with AI it is even more important to be on the cutting edge which is where you reside. i often say that "If your Director of Marketing is not on the tip of the spear then you get the shaft" and Neil Patel is always at the tip of the spear and on point.
