Wednesday Calming Movement highly recommended
I attended the Wednesday Calming Movement class . We were welcomed by Keeran who then introduced us to each other . We were then guided through the session . Slow movements and deep breathing, Keeran checking that we were in the right position and suggesting options if anyone was not able to get into the right position.
A lovely relaxed class which I would highly recommend for a great nights sleep and to feel totally rested and relaxed.

Keeran is a wonderful host
Keeran is a wonderful host - every visit he manages to make every customer feel like a long time friend. The atmosphere is beautiful with stunning Malasian decor, mixing tradational with modern, and relaxing ambient, non-intrusive music. Each time I visit I feel like I am stepping out of the hectic world and into a wonderful oasis of escapism. The coffee and food are also delicious.

Maybe not what you expect from the outside but you can be sure of a warm welcome.
I have been attending the chair yoga classes for a while now and can highly recommend. Tuition is first class, well explained and taken at the right pace. If you've done yoga before this maybe not what you are used to but I find it ideal for balancing body and mind and feel more flexible and less anxious.

What an incredible experience! The yoga class was beautifully grounding yet wonderfully energising — perfectly balanced and led with such skill and experience. The sequencing flowed effortlessly, making it both accessible and uplifting. I left feeling centred, refreshed, and deeply recharged. To top it off, breakfast and coffee were absolutely amazing — nourishing, delicious, and the perfect way to round out the morning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly rejuvenating start to their day!

Several signs regarding Yoga Meditation and even a Film Friday .
Great things are happening here .
