Would Not Recommend
I was sent a completely incorrect item (wrong product and wrong size). This was clearly the seller’s error.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I must return the item to Hong Kong at my own expense in order to receive a refund. I refused, as under UK consumer law the seller is responsible for return costs when an incorrect item is supplied.
I made it clear that I did not want a replacement, discount, or store credit — only a refund. After responding on 9 January, I received no further communication.
As a result, I was forced to open a dispute with both my bank and Shopify for investigation.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this seller.
