Elisha Roberts dealt with the conveyancing when purchasing my new home. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was provided with. Elisha was excellent from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to use her again. She was easily contactable, very quick to respond to any queries and excellent at chasing the relevant people towards the end.

Sold my house through this company
Sold my house through this company, the solicitor was Elisha Roberts. The move wasn’t without difficulties but Elisha was always available to field calls and queries. She even dealt with my insurance company at one point! I’d have no hesitation in using them again

Disappointing experience following recommendation from estate agent
They were instructed for the sale and purchase of properties. There were a lot of basic mistakes made. We received forms which were just templates and had to be returned, forms which included incorrect names , we were asked to download and print off many forms and have them signed and witnessed because errors had been found on originals. We began to worry that if even the basics weren’t being done correctly would the complicated legal contracts be correct because we had no way to check them. It was a very stressful time. And then when it was all completed - successfully thankfully we received a phone call to say another mistake had been made and they had miscalculated the cost and not deducted enough from the remaining funds before sending the balance back to us - and no apology!

We do, however, need to address a number of the points raised. Clients are offered the option to either receive documents by post or to download and print them themselves. Many choose the latter as it can significantly speed up the process. This was provided as a convenience, not a requirement.
In relation to the documentation, we accept that one form was issued with incorrect details where client information had not been amended to reflect attorney details. This was identified and corrected promptly, with no impact on the transaction. Beyond this, we do not recognise the suggestion that there were “many basic mistakes,” and a full review of the file does not support this assertion.
Regarding the completion funds, there was an administrative oversight where our fees were not deducted before the balance was returned to you. This was a genuine error. We contacted you promptly to explain and apologise and followed this up in writing.
It is also important to highlight that this matter involved particularly challenging factors. We took proactive steps throughout to manage these and to ensure that both the sale and related purchase proceeded in tandem and completed successfully. This required considerable additional work behind the scenes to keep matters on track.
While we fully recognise that buying and selling property can be stressful, we are confident that we acted diligently, addressed any issues immediately, and ensured there was no adverse impact on your transaction. We take great pride in the quality of our work, and this outcome reflects that.

I would definitely recommend Nelson Myatt Solicitors to anyone. We had a very positive experience with Ann-Marie, however everyone that we spoke to were professional and helpful.
We were given updates regarding the selling and purchasing process of our houses without having to prompt for any, which is a rarity!

They're amazing!
Esther was really helpful and responsive. She dealt with everything promptly and adapted the communication to support an 81 year old who isn't much good with technology. I also dealt with Ffion and Ophelia a couple of times and found them really competent and friendly.
