I honestly dont understand the positive reviews, they must be fake!!! I dont even know where to start to explain what is wrong with Ove: extreme arrogance, intimidating behavior, sporadically answering emails and messages, bad quality and extremely overpriced work, forgetting half of what needs to be done, measuring m2 area wrongly, lying about what he can do, trying to cheat the system even though we indicated we dont want that and finally disappearing with our money after promising he always does what he promises. Im sure many of the positive reviews are fake because such behaviour doesnt come from nowhere. Trust the negative reviews here or see what he sais when you want to negotiate paying half of the expenses in advance and the rest when the work is done.

Where our engagement concerns the preparation and submission of a building permit or legalisation application, our professional assignment is completed in accordance with the agreed scope when the application has been prepared and submitted. The subsequent processing of the application, and whether permission is ultimately granted, is a decision made by the relevant municipality and cannot be guaranteed by us.
We do not take payment for work and then simply “disappear”, and we reject any suggestion that we deliberately mislead customers or attempt to circumvent applicable rules.
For reasons of customer confidentiality, we will not publish details of individual agreements, invoices, payments or correspondence on Trustpilot. However, if this review concerns a project carried out by us, we are fully prepared to have the complete project file — including the agreed scope, correspondence, submission and invoicing — reviewed against the allegations made here.
We also categorically reject the allegation that our positive reviews are fake.
