it was almost painless when they took off the braces, same with putting in the braces as well. All the appointments within the 2 years were really fast and all the orthodontists knew what they were doing.

Appointments were efficient, and my daughter was seen on time and as scheduled. The braces are off now and her teeth look great. Great service.

Daughter very happy with the end results after having her braces removed 19 months later. All staff helpful and friendly and was a smooth process. The only criticism is appointments were very limited and not helpful to pull a child out of school.

Just had the braces off today. The whole experience has been really good - everything was always explained clearly, appointments were efficient, and the staff really helpful, patient and gave excellent care and advice. Very happy with the final results now the brace is off too!

Great experience with Neo Banstead. Friendly staff, professional and lovely surgery. My only issue would be appointments are stacked up weeks in advance so on occasion the dentist would say see you in 8 weeks, but you have to wait 11 weeks as there are not enough appointments available.

I have consistently struggled to get suitable dates/appointments for my daughters treatment. Despite reminding the clinic my daughter has to be pulled out during school hours, it’s effecting her education. Sadly no one considered the knock on effect. Plus we are working parents it’s difficult to keep taking time off. When raised a complaint was told after school and evening appointments are for private clients. It was clear case of discrimination.
