From the first day, my daughter was excellent looked after at the clinic...probably 5 stars is not enough to give to the wonderful team...thank you for your amazing work...today my daughter had her braces removed and she was so happy with the results!!!!😊

My daughter has been under the care of Neo Orthodontics for just over a year. They've been fantastic up to now but this time she was due to have some treatment which didn't take place because of an admin error, she missed school and was very disappointed to have to wait and come back another day. Apart from this they've been great.

Always been really helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Appointment booking is easy.

Our dentist was absolutely wonderful, he did a great job straightening my sons teeth. Thankyou soo much.

They were fast and effective during appointments. The treatments was also effective and i felt all information was smoothly relayed to me, the patient. I didn't feel at any point i didn't know what i was doing or wonder what was happening next and felt fully secure in knowing the results would be good.

Both my daughters have had their braces done and I am so impressed with the service! The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. Both girls and I are very impressed with the service we have had.

Practitioners seem rushed and at times quite rough.
The booking system is very inflexible and not done by mutual convenience.
Date given refers to last appointment but includes all previous.

Really helpfull staff , explaining everything clearly and spoke to my daughter not just me.

Really fabulous service and staff. My son was brilliantly looked after and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We attended the Rye clinic which has now been taken over by Portman but the staff remain the same and we have been so very impressed with the service and the care taken. My son was due to have his brace on for 18 months but it actually only took 12 months much to my sons delight. His teeth now look super straight and the difference it’s made to him and his confidence is remarkable. Thank you so very much.

Everyone that works at the Portman Smile Clinic are super friendly and professional from the moment you walk in there the lovely receptionist makes you feel at ease and welcome. I can’t thank them enough for their help, advice and guidance for my daughter who had her braces taken off this week. The care they have given her has been excellent throughout the whole journey, my daughter is not a massive fan of the dentist but here she felt immediately at ease and happy. Thank you Portman Smile Clinic for helping her smile again!
