Horrible service

Horrible service. Got my glasses wrong and are giving me issues with my refund. I’ve never met such incompetence in my life. !

SERVICE AND REFUND ISSUES

On the 14th of September, I made a payment for glasses. The glasses and contact lenses were both wrong. Almost 5 months later and I am still trying to get proper glasses and contact lenses. This is my first and last time with this optometrist. I have requested a refund but I'm getting a run around. If the optometrist is the owner, why is she making me wait until Thursday to deal with my complaint???? Horrible service!

If there was 0 rate I was going to give that, I had bad experience with them, the eye glass they issued was giving me headache and make me feel dizzy, they then did another test with other colleagues of mine but still my glass was making me feel dizzy, I asked for refund but they seemed to refusing, I then make peace with it to say I will have to get another eye test somewhere else but later I then found out my glass doesn't have tint as I have paid for it, I contacted them to inform them but they coming with story that their lap is saying they issued me with the right tinted glass and that's why writing this today because they taking advantage of me or they don't know what they are doing
