The gym is well laid out and equipped, the vibe is what I enjoy most of all as it's friendly, great staff who are always acknowledge and chat to you. great changing facilities, a good app that allow easy booking for classes.

Accessibility for all. Car parking, tick!! Management/Hosts!! Tick, tick, tick!!! A well oiled machine, who go out of their way to help! Nothing is too much bother and always with a smile.

The staff are extremely attentive, and overall the operational standards are first class!
