I just received my tens device from Amazon this morning. Was working great. Than it kept stopping on me than I notice it turns on but the tens mode would not increase on the left bottom button. Everything else works, it didn't show battery is low either. I increase it again and it just goes to zero as I press the up button. I think it's defective. Very disappointed because I just discovered such a device existing in this world and was looking forward for relief finally. Any suggestions on a reset? The battery showed 3 bars how do I know if it needs to be charged?

Your web page is dysfunctional and there is also no way for me to apply for the warranty.

I am having problems with page 3 in the instruction manual because my device does not have two buttons in the instructions

Output B stopped working after about 20 uses. Was happy with the unit up until then.

Easy to read and activate.

I like the stimulation, but it's weak. I was hoping it increased higher than 20. I may have to return it, I have a high tolerance. But I think it's a good device

I have used my device after doing my exercises. Sometimes use ice also. I go to Physical Therapy & they use a similar device after every exercise session. My device works like the one I use at PT. Very happy with my Tens unit. It is very easy to use & comes in a nice case.

Packaging is excellent, manual and placement card is very helpful.
Quality device.

This device works very well and is extremely easy to use. This is used on my knee to help relax the muscles and improve the blood flow. I am very happy with the unit!!

Love how EASY this is to use. Versatility of different programs and intensity. Very helpful with my back pain. I can use it while working or working out

Could use more information on how each pattern works and what it is best for but other than that product is excellent

I never received my order! I would like my money back!
Update : they are only willing to partially refund my order for an order than was NOT received. Having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

We have used this for my son before and after baseball games with great success. It has relieved him of many aches and pains and highly recommended to anyone considering this device.

I love it. It helps a lot thank God I can rest better and have more movement

Easy to use, lots of features and different modes

This is for the neocarbon TENS unit and it is amazing it works well

Purchased for 86 yr adult who was reluctant to use. Turns out she has more pain relief from TENS session than prescribed medications for ruptured discs causing sciatica. Although instructions are clear and easy to understand, it took repetitive use for elderly adult to operate. Eventually got the hang of it.

I bought a ten unit from amazon and it doesn’t work. It’s the neocarbon ten uni.
When I try to charge it, it comes on few a minutes and shuts down.
Amazon refunded my money back but I just wanted to send a review. Thank you

I got mine about it two days ago, and my lower back pain is just about gone. I have an old tens unit, I should’ve gotten a new one years ago. The difference is amazing.
