THIS COMPANY NEOCLEARPP is a complete scam. Beware, I made 2 one time purchases in January 2026 for UTI medications off FACEBOOK. Huge mistake on my part. HOWEVER this company, without my authorization for permission, changed my purchase payment to an AUTO PAYMENT method whereby they get money from PAYPAL every 90 days. I have received no product and PAYPAL found in their NEOCLEARPP favor. I have an appeal in at PAYPAL but they completed the transaction. HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE.

I would give this zero stars. The LLLT device is actually just a buch of UV LEDS and it is actually a nail gel drying lamp for beaty therapists repackaged and price inflated. DO not touch this foreign based company, its a complete rip off! Nail fungus will not respond to this.

I bought the neoclear laser having suffered with quite extreme fungal nail infection in both big toes and 4 smaller toes for the last 28 years (originally got infection after a horse stood on my one toe) - I have tried EVERYTHING topical and it just hasn’t worked. My toes were practically black with a black line running straight down middle of toe. My nail would lift right up and everything underneath was crumbly. The toenails grow upwards too so are really painful. I bought neoclear in the new year (2025) and have tried to do 90 seconds each foot each day. I have missed a fair few due to holidays etc. today I took my gel polish off to re-do and I was so surprised to see my nails are (almost) white / transparent again. They are much more stable too, and less crumbly. I am so happy! Just wish I had taken a before and after photo! Trust me when I say mine were worse than any I have seen online. I would HIGHLY recommend this product. It works!

This is the WORST company ever! They do NOT honor their guarantees. They do not return the refund they promise AT ALL. Their communication is super poor and their product is worthless! Do not order from this company!

I bought this product in Jan 2025. When it arrived, I saw that there was no user guide. No FAQ. No information. I used it for 2 months with absolutely NO improvement. Thus I demanded a refund and started a back and forth conversation with a Sophie J. She takes weeks to reply everytime. After 4 months they tell me that a 40% refund was accepted. No refund yet. I checked with them and they asked me to look at my credit card...No refund. Again I am trying to communicate with them but I'm sure they'll never refund. Bad product, bad service. Really, I'm not proud of myself on this one. This is a ZERO star rating

I purchased the fungus nail treatment pen from Neoclear, expecting it to help with my fungal nail issue. The product arrived, but to my surprise, it came with no instructions, no ingredients list, and no information whatsoever about how to use it or any safety warnings. This is not only frustrating but also concerning, as I had no idea how to properly apply it or whether it was even safe for use.

The lack of documentation makes it difficult to trust its authenticity.

Additionally, I noticed the website made claims about the product’s effectiveness without providing any scientific backing or customer reviews, which felt misleading.

I tried reaching out to Neoclear’s customer service, but I didn’t receive any help or a resolution to my issue. This lack of transparency and poor customer support is unacceptable.

I strongly recommend avoiding this product and this company. Without proper instructions or any evidence to back their claims, I’m extremely dissatisfied and will be reporting this to consumer protection agencies.

SCAM - Product does not work and they refused to provide refund. I attempted to return product just before the supposed 30 day return period. Sophie Johnson the customer service rep told me multiple times that the refund had been processed but I never it was never received. After a couple of weeks they stopped responding to my correspondence

I purchased the Neoclear laser treatment device in December, 2024. It took a month to receive it. In February, 2025, I began using the device twice a day, as recommended. I used the device for over 4 months. I had zero results. I contacted Neoclear a few days ago about a return and was told it was past the 90 day return period and I had not purchased the lifetime warranty so I could not return the device. This was a total waste of money. The device is a scam and does not work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!!!!!

Well, first, you can’t charge the device, which would be fine IF the cord wasn’t so short. How am I supposed to have this plugged in to a port and use it at the same time. I had to plug it in and then place it on a box so that it was high enough to reach the port and then had to uncomfortably put my foot on the box. Secondly, it tells you you need to do it for seven minutes. Do they have a timer for seven minutes? Nope. They have one for 99 seconds, one for 60 and (I think) one for 45. WHY wouldn’t you just have it go for seven minutes? It would turn off and and then you have to set it again. And if you were busy on your phone or doing something else to pass the time, you forget to check it and then you’ve been sitting there for no reason. I’ll be honest, I have no idea if this works because I don’t have the patience to deal with it.

this does not work. if you ask to return it they will offer you 30% credit of payment. they claim its due to returned shipments getting damaged. they will take forever to get back to you and then say you can only return if it is defective. not reputable

This product actually made my nails worse in the 2 months I have used it. I followed the instructions as directed and now it appears that I have a red itchy rash on the tops of my toes. Additionally, the color of my nails has gotten worse. And there is only a 30 day return policy so it would be really hard to see results in that time to know whether or not it works. Save your money.

Don't buy this product, they don't even supply a power adapter to use the Nail Fungus device, they send you a cable you can't use without the adapter, that's thoroughly shady, but im sure they all sleep well, knowing they are ripping you off.
