I ordered a custom neon sign from them, and the experience was excellent. They not only helped me customize the design but also delivered it quickly because I was short on time. The quality of the sign is outstanding (10/10), and the cut-out shape is perfect. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely be ordering more custom signs from them in the future.

We’re sorry you felt this way. According to our records, we received your order on 5th February 2026. As mentioned at the time of ordering, our custom LED neon signs require 7–10 working days for production. Your order was completed and dispatched on 17th February, after which it was handed over to Leopards Courier. Delivery time then depends on the courier service and destination.
We always strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality. If there was any issue beyond the delivery timeline, please contact us directly, we’d be happy to help.

Claims to deliver in 2 weeks, but my order took over 3 weeks with no proper status updates and repeated delays. I had to chase them constantly for basic information.
To top it off, after all this waiting, they delivered the wrong color. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Regarding the color, we checked your order details and confirmed that your sign was manufactured and dispatched exactly as specified. The LED neon strip used for your sign was also marked Purple, matching the order we received.
We also noticed that we never received any communication from you regarding the color. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly resolved the issue immediately.

I ordered the lightning bolt neon sign in ice blue. To my dismay it unfortunately showed up in regular blue instead of ice blue and now is completely ruining the aesthetic of my room.
