Bad customer service
Ordered 3 products on their website. On their website, they say that the delivery is done in 2 days.
The first product was delivered in time. The second one was damaged by the delivery company, I reached out to Neoherbs on Tuesday to solve this and I got no answer until now (Friday). For the 3rd product, they confirmed that they received the order 4 days ago and that was all; the order it wasn't dispatched. I reached out to them, using the email they suggested, but got no answer so far.
