Amazing and fast

Everything worked out great, didn't run into any issues

Items arrived safely and well packaged, packaging did take some time but not too long.

Kept me updated every step of the way (when my packages would arrive at the warehouse, billing, and when it was shipped) and carefully wrapped each item so that there would be no damage while being shipped overseas. Will definitely order with Neokyo again.

Well packaged package received today with all items beging bubble wrapped, all items are as described received but would be nice if a second service fee would check for authenticity of the item👍

Neokyo Purchase – Fuji GX680
I recently purchased a Fuji GX680 through Neokyo, a Japanese auction website acting as a proxy for third‑party sellers. Overall, the experience was mostly positive, with a few important drawbacks worth noting.
At first, the website felt a little confusing, especially if you’re new to Japanese auction platforms. However, I caught on fairly quickly, and once familiar, it became easy to use and straightforward to navigate. Searching for medium format cameras was simple, and the filtering options helped narrow down exactly what I was looking for.
I found a Fuji GX680 at a decent price, which initially made the purchase feel like a good deal. That said, I was somewhat taken aback by the high shipping fees, which ended up being almost half the cost of the camera itself. While international shipping can be expensive, this was more than expected and slightly reduced the value of the deal.
The camera arrived on 04‑29‑2026, and the packaging itself was very well done—everything was securely wrapped and protected. Upon opening the box, however, I immediately noticed that the front top level on the camera was missing. After unwrapping all the contents, I found the level loose at the bottom of the box, as if it had been tossed in rather than properly attached or secured.
The major issue here is that the listing description did not state that the level was disconnected, detached, or potentially broken. This lack of upfront disclosure was disappointing, especially for a camera like the GX680, where condition details matter a great deal to buyers.
Overall Impression
Despite the shipping cost and the undisclosed issue with the camera’s level, Neokyo still provided a generally smooth purchasing experience. The website works well once you understand it, the selection—especially for medium format gear—is strong, and the item arrived safely overall.

Why are there 10 steps to processing this and why does it not email me when each step is done when they take a week to do

An alternative for buying online, overall it is not always cheaper after dealing with shipment and tax! it is just alternative souce, it take very long to get the item to your door step!

not efficiency, too long to wait for packing

Easy step by step process for ordering, clear communication on every step, and order was packaged very safely and made it in great time.

Everything was pretty straightforward and easy. At one point, I even had an item canceled because the seller was considered suspicious, and I appreciate this site looking out for me! I'm American, so I can't tell very well which sites are legit, so this deputy service is super helpful. I like the variety on here as well. Got my stuff pretty fast and in great condition! Shipping is expensive, but that's more a USA issue with tariffs and import fees. Overall this site is a really good value to find unique Japan-only items.

Packing speeds are kind of slow compared to other proxies, but the packaging methods are a lot better (no extreme amounts of extra volume, etc.).

Warehouse storage duration of 45 days is also pretty generous, gives me ample time to browse through more items so I can save on shipping. I greatly appreciate the way they pack my orders.
