Awful experience, zero communication, still no order
I ordered from NVPA on 6 October, paying extra for next day delivery. Over a week later, I’ve had no dispatch notification, no response to multiple emails, and no reply on Instagram.
I’ve been more than patient, but at this point it feels like they’ve just taken my money and disappeared. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable for any legitimate business — especially one charging premium prices.
All I’ve asked for is honesty: either send my order or refund me. Instead, silence.
Avoid until they prove they can actually fulfil and communicate with customers.
