Ordered a neon sign in 2021, had problems from the get go, the colored part was not working, they replaced it, then after a few months, the remote controlling the colors stopped working, I just stopped changing the colors thinking it was not such a big deal but just 2.5 years after my purchase the whole white part of the neon completely died and the company offered to buy a new one at 40% off since my warranty is expired... on a $500 neon sign this is beyond disappointing, I'll had that the cables the neon comes with are wrapped in tape and do not feel safe (we had to purchase a box to hide them and make it safer), if you purchase from them, do not purchase a complex sign, they just can't pull it off. A product that dies right after its warranty is not a sign a reliable company.

I am sorry that you did not come to us with the remote control issue when it happened at the time, as we would have changed the LED controller and remote.
I am sorry you encountered some issues with your sign, however, these signs are handmade and will sometimes have connection issues. We do take our warranty responsibilities seriously and replace the sign or the parts that are failing if still in the warranty or just out. As discussed in our recent private correspondence with you, your wall art piece is more than 1 and a half years out of warranty, as you purchased it at a time when we offered a 1 year warranty. We offered a significant discount and this offer still stands as we would love to help you make the situation better.
Our neon signs' cables do not come all wrapped in tape, they are safe and come with all US certifications. I remark that this is something that you had never mentioned before.
Once again, we would be happy to help further should you wish.

These signs are electrical items and do have a 2 years warranty specifically as sometimes there can be a fault. Absolutely awful experience with this company and I will never, ever use them again. I ordered a custom sign, it came in looking nothing like what I ordered (mismatching colors 2x). I immediately contacted the company who became accusatory and argumentative and agreed to remake the sign if I paid more money which I agreed to pay half of what the offered. They declined. According to the person I was e-mailing with, this is one of the co-owners (who clearly has zero business sense) and this was his response after he refused to accept a return and I told him I would dispute the charge with Visa :You are welcome to dispute, but be aware that we will fight it back. I can tell you that you are unlikely to succeed as we have tried to fix the issue, arising from your unrealistic expectations, even though we are at no fault and you have refused to even send us photos". For the record, I sent him the photos he requested in the very e-mail that he replied to. Avoid this company at all cost. Hi Eugene.
Update after their reply: Thank you for once again confirming everything my original review stated. Bush league. Lots of other companies in this space now, I recommend any but this one. Have a good day sir...

Sean, you ordered a custom LED Neon x Acrylic Print sign during a busy sales period and wanted the print to be certain colours (specific yellow and red), which we matched. You wanted LED Neon in yellow and red also, which we did as per your request. You were presented with a mockup of the sign lit, which you accepted. When you received the sign you were not happy because the LED Neon tubes/ropes did not match the colour of the print WHEN THE LIGHT IS OFF. You never mentioned the fact that it was important to you that these would be matching when the light is off, as we would have made sure to show these to you to get your approval. We are always very happy to accommodate clients' requests where we can and we always try our best to make sure that there are not surprises when the sign arrives by giving as much information as possible. Should you have let us know of the importance of the colour matching when the light is off, we would have told you then, as we told you when you complained, that there is only one colour red and one colour yellow for the tubes and we would have therefore proposed to match the print to the colour of the tubes. When you came to complain, we proposed immediately and respectfully to help by replacing the sign for free if you paid for the shipping in order to give you a sign with matching colours yellows and reds to the colour of the tubes. You refused to pay for the full shipping and proposed to pay only 50% of the shipping. You had gotten your original sign in a sale for a 20% discount. Our customer service is always respectful and Eugene was always very respectful and courteous with you. You however treated him, and I quote, of being "a clown", "a cocksucker", "a fuckin assclown"... and threatened Eugene. We tried our best to help you and went above and beyond reasonable expectations. You have been mostly abusive to us. We will NOT accept or tolerate abuse. When you try to bully people, unfortunately things will not always go your way. Have a good day Sir.

Excellent Service and Product
I had a custom sign developed that had quite a bit of detail to it. The process took some emailing back and forth as the project manager presented me with prototypes for my review to ensure the font was just right. The experience was positive and the responses were timely. The product came much quicker than expected and was packaged perfectly. The sign looks just as expected. We are very pleased.

Worth the price, looks great
The sign looks great and is really cool. It is well made & sturdy and was relatively straightforward to set up and hang up on my bedroom wall.
The companion app that lets you control the sign and adjust the brightness is neat and convenient, and was also easy to setup. It can get pretty bright to the point of lightning up the whole room, but turned down for more casual/intimate vibes as well.
Only critique is for how pricey this purchase can be to some, a nice proper printed set of mounting instructions would go a long way. The video on this website is pointless and doesn't teach you much and I can tell for some people who are less handy with tools and the like will find mounting their sign to be an unnecessarily intimidating endeavor.
