I purchased a Mace Windu saber from NEO Sabers. I was having trouble getting it to work properly, and after many emails and videos, they figured out the problem. My replacement chassis is in the mail as we speak. But the big takeaway from this is their customer service. They never brushed me off, or made me feel unimportant. They took my issue seriously, and worked with me to get it resolved. They are an amazing company to work with. I have 30 years of customer service experience, and as such, I have a very high bar when it comes to that. They exceeded that bar. They were kind, polite, and professional in all their emails with me. They won a customer-for-life.
