Disappointed

Good product but hard to assemble/disassemble; no proper instructions, i had to look for YouTube videos of other buyers just to get it going. Was told to trust warehouse on type of free sabers, did so, but disappointed on the sabers they chose. I only needed the sound effects, no other sounds or phrases telling me the Jedi type. Chat services pushed everything on the responsibility of support. Extra parts, such as belt clips, are not worth it. Asked for a refund on a saber because of poor quality, was given a $20 off code. I bought a saber advertised to arrive before Christmas guaranteed, arrived 2-3 days after.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered shoes from this stupid…

I ordered shoes from this stupid website on the 13th it is now the 20 th and fed ex doesn't even have the package. They just created the tracking but thats all

Scammer website

As many have said before me, this is a scam site. I’m only reviewing in hopes that I can prevent others from fraud. After my purchase, my info was sold to other companies. Our email was flooded with junk, and within 24 hrs money was wired from our credit card. This website needs to be shut down.

Do NOT buy

1. Ordered saber
2. Waited several days
3. Inquired via email as to if and when it would ship. Received response to "Just wait, they meticulously test the product before shipping.
4. Finally received saber.
5. Turned on saber, speaker was blown. Making horrible cracking sounds.
6. Tested other features, unable to adjust volume, no drag mode (profie 2.2) and a few more were missing.
7. Checked SD card, sound files were there, config file wasn't finished only had swing and clash programmed.
8. Contacted support, 5 days and still trying to get them to get with the program as they only reply to emails once a day.

Wish I can give a zero star here

Wish I can give a zero star here. Put 2 orders in during black friday sale. One order didn't receive the promotional saber. Said it was automatically added to the order no promo required. And the other order just received a Promotional item. Did a B1G2.. Unfortunately it doesn't even light up. When you respond to my review have a good explanation to my fiance how come we're not having light sabers at the wedding now.

These sabers are assembled hastily

These sabers are assembled hastily, and you can tell. I have yet to recieve a saber from them that doesnt have some issue. My latest order was for black friday and i got the kestis bundle, but boy was I let down. The saber itself is massive in size, but it was defective from the get go, as was the "free saber", and they are both basically paperweights. Customer service is a joke, as they have to "talk with the engineers". Here's an idea, replace the products and let the engineers figure it out when the returns come back,

Sorry for you luck attitude

Chatted with them for a while on the free sabers they offer got some examples, was told to trust the staff and their choices to match the ascetic of the Vengeance Hilt by quality and design... welp I got met with a Walmart flashlight as a hilt for one of them. Tried to chat with them again to express my distrust and dislike and was met with a sorry for you luck attitude... next time I will be buying from RX sabers where I get to choose my free hilts.

Scam company

Scam company, found website online and the sabers looked decent on the page but once received in person the sabers did not look like the pictures online and felt extremely cheap. In the process of a refund now, good thing I used my credit card, these people are a nightmare.

Terrible service experience

Got my order wrong, sent me wrong lightsabers, reported delivered when wasn't, jam-packed one of the crates so it damaged the darksaber I ordered. For as much as they cost, I expected better customer service and handling.

Best $500 I ever spent.

I recently purchased the Vortex LSW Xenopixel and I absolutely love it. I've bought from Imperial Workshop, Vaders Sabers and a few other smaller ones, but Neosabers has been the best.
The detail and all the parts that make the hilt are strong, well made, and make the saber a work of art.
The electronics frame is strong, I've had issues with the frame breaking with other companies.
The app for the xenopixel is awesome, and though there are some connectivity range issues, I'm still able to use it ok.
The customer service is amazing, I had a small issue with a part and they went above and beyond to help me fix it.
Shipping times are reasonable, but still keep me watching at the window after like 3 days. Mine arrived a few days early as well. Next time I buy, I'll buy from them, and you should too.

Resolved Shipping Issue

I was able to speak with a very polite and understanding customer service rep who assured me that my second item would be delivered within 4 or 5 days. It was received 3 days later so I am changing my review. However a clear notice and/or tracking info showing that the 2 items ordered would be shipped separately would have avoided the confusion.

Awesome customer service

I had some questions so I decided to try and use the chat button on their website. I received a reply from Flora within no time! She was very kind and helpful and even assisted me with the tracking and delivery process information I had asked about.

I purchased my very first lightsaber from Neosabers because I loved the layout of their website, the prices seemed to be the best compared to other websites, and their staff was very helpful and friendly, which is a big deciding factor for me!
