Neosify is no longer paying. Project is dead and your money is gone if you had it in there. I have been waiting since July 7th for my withdraw, also sent another request on July 14. Both are not being released. I did read your update and there was only this "At the moment, the system is operating in a routine mode and no interruptions have been detected." Which is a lie, nobody is getting their withdraws from this platform, its not delayed, its just not working. Do not risk any capitol with this platform unless you want to lose it. If in the future they start paying, I will edit this to a positive review, but for now its a scam.

I have Added Funds in NEOSIFY.COM but its not reflected in the Dashboard. Continuously Am asking from chat support team. Only the answer is "Our Managers will contact you" ..Not specified any time .

They claim that because of releasing NEOS token, withdrawals have delay. Firstly, my withdrawal request has not been fulfilled even after a week (and you just call it a delay?!!!!); second, why didn't you inform the investors about such delay in advance; thirdly, why don't close deposit sections until the problem is solved; Be aware! Neosify platform is done, Do not invest. They will never pay anymore.

So far so good, however finding out how to complete certain missions so that I can stake crypto has been a little frustrating .

So far I like the games. I wish that they told you not to put money into the Neos until after you complete all these missions or you will not get it back. But that's something they can put up somewhere. I'm out $120.00 now. And when I asked about it to a rep. They did nothing to help and proceeded to basically say "well it sucks to be you". I made the mistake of asking a few questions and then was talked to like a child after serving my country and suffering TBI. So sometimes I do have to ask more than once. The woman was very rude and very much in a bad mood. I loved the idea of the app but wish they had some people that knew customer service. I had gotten all the screenshots that was asked of me and was very polite all the way up until that work meant nothing and she had said well your money's gone now and left it with a "I suggest you learn how the games work" rather than helping me fix the issue. Otherwise I do like the site. But will be very sure to let others know my experience and that I still have 120.00 in neos that they tell you to buy for a "mission" that you don't even get the option to take back out until much later. I still can't access it when I need it because o e of the missions I need to use a friend's help to build what they're asking to complete the mission to be able to even come close to accessing my money. So until then I guess I'm stuck without it according to staff that I spoke with.
We'll see how it goes. If someone doesn't help and take care of this issue I will be do e with this site.
