DO NOT TRUST NEOTEKPC IN ALTA, IOWA
I left my 1800 desktop Optiplex 5000 micropluspro computer to get drivers updated, when I got my computer back, it was an empty shell.It was missing the operating system , RAM, motherboard, etc. Everything that makes a computer tic was removed from my computer. It is very unfortunate that this company sabotaged my career, stole over 1800.00 in student loan money that I desperately need to get my bachelor's degree and move on to a master's. I am single and live alone, this company was my relation, my own flesh and blood, I forgive but will not ever give her another chance to steal from me again. Do not trust this place. They have sabotaged other family members as well, one person purchased a computer from Neotekpc and a year later it was taken to a computer repair store. The repair place verified that there was a virus put in their computer and the only people that can fix the virus, is whoever they purchased the computer from. Not only will these two rip you off and not have a care in the world, they enjoy sabotaging people and causing distress.
