I had mixed feelings about my…

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Neptune Scuba Diving.
On one hand, the team was professional, well-organized, and clearly focused on safety. The instructors were prepared, the equipment was in good condition, and I truly appreciate their commitment to canceling dives when conditions were unsafe.

On the other hand, I was disappointed about the refund policy. My course was canceled due to weather, and I could not continue because of my travel schedule. Unfortunately, I was not able to get a full refund for the course and e-learning that I no longer need, which left me quite upset.

Overall, Neptune is a safe and professional dive center, but I feel their refund policy could be more flexible and customer-oriented.

We had the most amazing snorkeling experience with Neptune! Everything was organized extremely well and they thought it through in most detailed way possible (e.g. even got water bottles with our own names and safety measures were taken at all times). We saw beautiful Manta Rays and turtles!!! The staff was super friendly and really experienced so we felt really safe and in good hands with them. And to complete the experience the lunch at the end of the trip was super tasty! So do not doubt about booking with Neptune, just do it!!!!!

Went on a dive with these guys and I must say, after a few hundreds of dives under my belt, this is by far the best dive center I have ever been with.

Professionalism, safety all the way and friendship atmosphere... meeting people, having fun, exactly what scuba diving is supposed to be.
